This was my first impression (I can be a bit cynical) so I read the first article and noticed "being beaten in the washroom enough so she was sent to the hospital". yea that qualifies as bullying (unless it was just once or twice)You are assuming that she actually WAS bullied of course. She may just be haming it up for the image or not understand what bullying is. Having someone dislike you or be less than kind to you at some point in your life is normal and happens to everyone, it is not real bullying. People who have never really been bullied don't know that however. For them, any sort of negative attention being directed towards them is being "bullied". Real bullying is constant, threatening and usually involves physical stuff as well.
Absolutely agree with you there. NO ONE deserves to be bullied no matter what they look like. I am just kinda surprised that even a girl like her was bullied in high school. I just don't see a reason why it would happen.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and wether that beholder thinks your pretty or not, NO ONE deserves to be bullied not matter what they look like.

What !! Who ??I was also bullied in high school, really badly. Pretty doesn't mean you don't get bullied.![]()
Agree with you SM.I got in a lot of fights all thru school being the only native in a small white town. Thing is 95% of the kids i fought back then, i'm friends with today(other 5% are real racist dicks). I've always been a friend to the nerdy underdog, one of my buddies was mercilessly picked on all thru school,he ended up leaving town.I have to say he was the strongest person i know, all the shit & abuse he put up with & he never hung himself. Girls were worse, they'd gang up on a girl & basically send her home crying. At least with guys it was just a one on one fight till someone gave up,it was always stopped if a guy got knocked down(none of the ground & pound mma shit)I was somewhat of a loner and tended to hang around with "nerds," but was never bullied. I was lucky I suppose... I grew up early and was 6 feet and pretty strong by grade 9. Back then I pulled a bully off one of my friends and tossed him into the lagoon behind the school. The other kids never really messed with any of us after that, not even after I started dating a nerdy goth girl that was seen as a total outcast.
I think girls are bullied by other girls a lot more frequently and its a lot harsher than what guys experience.
