Has anyone seen Una from XDS in person? Her pictures look a lot like the late Kimboo from the same shop, who I remember being rebranded a couple of times after some negative reviews. I’ve seen Kimboo personally myself and I’m not looking to see the same person again, so just wondering if anyone can confirm whether Una is actually someone different.

Perhaps you're mistaken, but Kimboo never rebranded and was always Kimboo. Also, Una is listed as Japanese and Kimboo as Korean. They are indeed two separate providers.
Thanks for the clarification. The only reason I brought it up was because I previously saw Kimboo when she was advertised as Korean, but she was clearly Thai, which was also mentioned in an earlier thread. After that thread was shut down, Kimboo was rebranded, and the newer photos and videos look very similar to her.
The price of admission is also exactly the same, which just adds another similarity and is why I started questioning it in the first place. At this point, there are enough similarities that I think it’s fair to ask.
Again, that’s why I made the post to see if anyone here has actually seen both and can confirm. I don’t doubt what you’re saying, but I’d still like to hear feedback from others on the board who may have firsthand experience with both. If it does turn out to be the same person, it would be disappointing not only for me, but also for others who saw her based on how she was advertised.

Pricing is "exactly the same" especially since the services are different as well.
Kimboo was 450 per hour.
Una is 500 per hour.
Kimboo offered free CIM/RIM/extra shot for visits of 60 minutes or more.
Una does not offer CIM at all, much less for free and charges more than average for RIM and second shot.
Kimboo did not offer Greek.
Una does.

Looks like your reasoning was rendered null & void, therefore that would logically do the same to your question.
No one is trying to argue with you, so there’s no need to get rattled up. I went to see Kimboo for 45 minutes, which was $380, while Una is $400 for 45 minutes. So yes, apologies, it’s not exactly the same price, but it’s very similar.
As for rebrands, maybe that hasn’t happened specifically at your shop, but I’ve seen cases where someone gets rebranded and the price goes up, so I don’t think the pricing comparison was unreasonable.
Again, this isn’t a complaint. Going back to my main point, this is what the board is for: getting real feedback and experiences from other people on the board. If I wanted the agency’s answer, I could simply call or text the agency directly. Respectfully, I wasn’t looking for the agency’s response here; I was looking for feedback from people who have actually seen both.

I understand your position as the host and that part of your role is naturally going to be standing behind the providers you represent. If it’s genuinely not the same person, then great that answers part of the concern.
That being said, independent feedback from actual members still carries more weight for me. There have been discussions on this board about marketing practices and rebrands involving different agencies. I’m not saying that specifically applies to yours, but I’ve personally had an experience with a rebrand before that I wouldn’t want to repeat, which is exactly why I’d rather hear from members who have actually seen both.
And if there is negative feedback, which is inevitably going to happen in any business, I think there’s a difference between addressing it professionally and arguing back and forth with the people paying for the service. A good host should be able to acknowledge both positive and negative experiences without taking every criticism personally.

I remember Kimboo. Not the same girl as Una. Kimboo was shorter and had wider hips and a bigger butt. She had more meat on her too. I met Una last week as Celine at Icon. Much leaner than Kimboo and taller. Kimboo had a great butt for greek but she never offered it.
