And if I were a parent of a child on his team, I should be more outraged than those from Richmond Steel for the poor
sportsmanship he has instilled in his players. Pathetic.

hi, i deleted my rather disrespectful post, sorry about that

what i was trying to say is rather more in the way of a suggestion. most people have a lot to read in their lives, more than they have time for - and to post something that requires a google search is kind of counter productive. i mean you obviously want people to read about the subject you have discovered and think is interesting, right?

you will encounter more interest and less hostility if you help out with links, etc. so the reader can join you in an informed discussion right off the bat. just sayin'

so i'm off to google now to read about the subject in the op

coaching kids carries a lot of responsibility - you're constantly supressing your ego. with experience that supression becomes natural, but at first it ain't easy

the National Coaching Certification Program offers courses, and most leagues require certain levels of certification for coaches. of course an asshole is an asshole whether he's taken the courses or not, but enough have taken them that parents now expect a certain level of expertise and behaviour from their kids' coaches

this guy is about to find out the hard way what happens to a coach that behaves poorly. if he is actually charged with a criminal offense over this, as he should be, his days behind a bench are OVER. even if the prosecutor backs down from this one, most leagues won't touch him again based on the video and publicity

He must be proud of his actions and show to the kids who's really in charge. His family & parents must be hiding the fact they're even related.

To do what he did is one of the lowest form of sportsmanship.
