So I signed up, but you still can't access anything. You keep being taken to some page where I think you have to do some promoting to earn an account upgrade.. or pay for one. It's hard to tell.. google doesn't translate the page really well. Anybody able to give an explanation?

it's a forum that you need to build credits. by default the site will give you a basic credit which you can access to some sub forums depending on your status quo within that forum. so, generally speaking, you need to contribute more in order to get what you want fast.
