You probably don't need to download it. It should be in your browser cache. The file is about 3.5MB and is named
flx2098599_2006910158308250.flv

The biggest problem is that it is an FLV file which most software doesn't seem to be able to handle.

If all you want to do is put it on a web page of your own, just do a "View Source" on the page that holds it now and copy the code that lets you view it from that page (though you may have to host the file yourself, and if so you need to change the URL to match the new address.)
