I admire his resolve at being able to take everything the deep state has thrown at him and come out even stronger than ever. The fact that they want to take him out tells you everything you need to know. They can't win politically, so they have to resort to dirty tricks, that's a sign of weakness on the part of the other side. Their two year propaganda campaign about Russian collusion didn't work and now they are exposed. So the big story that SHOULD be in the media right now is: How many people were involved in spying on a sitting president? How many people will be going to jail when it is all said and done? So to answer the question, short of a financial collapse, or something huge that changes the news cycle, he will win easily in 2020.

Really? My post is the sign of intolerance of what or who? Trump? You betcha it is.
Any man who would even suggest to use human beings as political pawns in a democracy ct you must agree
is a sick minded person. Tell me how that would go over here in Canada if Trudeau ever said that fact
as Trump suggested.
My entire post was written towards being totally tolerant towards human beings.
IE, of lgbtq, immigrants who go through the legal process and so on and just human beings in general.

Where did you see my post as being intolerant, dangerous and over the top rhetoric?
also I don't see any of the lefts hypocricy as you call it, them suggesting to use human beings
as political pawns is not in their game plan I would think? Quite the opposite in fact.

i also finished my post saying it is a sad state of affairs no matter what side of the political specturm
you are on in the usa. What is going on down there politcally.........stinks! It's outrageous to see
the free world at each others throats and I feel sorry for the citizens of the usa to have to be
in the middle of all that. Putin and Kim must be giggling hysterically like children when they go to bed at night.

Lets face it, the truly democratic thinking voter and I didn't say Democrat voter will decide what
is right or wrong in the usa. Let's discuss that outcome when that happens. I hope its a democractically
thinking voter who wins out the day. Otherwise the world is going to change and it will be as you
said my post was, dangerous!!
Oh, I'm not sure where I got that idea. Maybe it was from your hyperbolic rhetoric about Nazis? And inane comments about Putin and Kim giggling themselves to sleep?

Hypocrisy - why aren't the sanctuary cities clamouring to take in the 100,000 illegals a month being seized a the borders? Isn't that what they expect border cities to cope with? How many refugees have you taken in, or ever sponsored?

Your misguided abhorence about using people as political pawns shows you really haven't been paying attntion to politics for long. That exactly what politics is. From, "They're burning crosses on lawns as we speak", to politicians jumping on the Covington students, to "Nobody is Illegal", the entire purpose in politics is to use people as pawns.

Just to remind you how measured, rational, completely tolerant your post was -

"And at the end of nationalism they have a couple of jerry cans of gasoline waiting for you after you
blow your own brains out. But first you shoot your own dog blondie. "Adolf Hitler"

Horrible just knowing what a heartless human being this man is even for just suggesting such
a thing. My god.....using human beings as political pawns is..........indescribably sickening.

I plead to the people of the USA please vote these evil man out of office or you all will be
saluting a sig heil of sorts to your second term national socialist fuhrer and it will be your fault
that democracy has completely failed. Because this man is an authoritarian dictator, not a democratic
leader in any sense of the word.
Or.....is that what you folks want down there?

If their not at war somewhere in the world they shift their focus to themselves. Can anyone say
another civil war coming?

Mueller's brief did not exonerate nor indicate there was obstruction of justice. A sitting President can not be indicted but can be impeached.
I'm unsure how his followers were able to draw the conclusion that it was an anti-45 campaign by the FBI and DOJ. 30 + people have been charged or plead guilty to charges of tax evasion, Russian FSB operatives hacking, using campaign funds to pay off a porn star, Playboy playmate etc.

I'm hoping the full unredacted report is made available to get the full story vs Barr's desire to feed a homogenized version from the White House. Now Barr has stated 'spying' vs what was probably investigating the Russian involvement in the campaign. Feeding people whose belief that the deep state is at work vs #45. The income taxes may shed light on other things that have been discussed such as money laundering from Russians who bought and sold condos within Trump Tower.

Both sides are entrenched now and it's bothersome to me that mostly Republicans are putting Party before the country. Win at all costs without differentiating what's right or wrong is a recipe for a dictatorship.

I'm wholly baffled as to why the support for 45 is so deeply entrenched...I completely 'get' the disenfranchised phenomenon, but hitching your wagon to this train-wreck? So far, his most loyal confidants have either plead-out or been sentenced (with Gates/Page/Flynn/etc. pending). These men were acting on 45's behalf and all they got for their 'service' was '3 hots and a cot'. Does 40% of my country really believe that he's acting on their best interests? Did the 'tax cut' actually help them, (I know it cost me several thousand this year). The Congress is pathetic...Lindsey Graham originally calling him a 'lunatic' and now sucking his dick.

It's really just a simple 'cash-grab' without regard for what's best for America.

Think of it as Newton's third law: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The further entrenched phenomenon is basically his supporters doubling down, so to speak, in response to the veracity of those that are opposed to him. What I find interesting is that this is no difference when Obama was in office. You had the Tea Party faction/far right faction of the Republican Party and supporters of that faction making hay out of Obama's middle name, his supposed religious leanings and the whole birth place thing. That rhetoric lead to Obama's supporters becoming even more vocal about their support for him and further attacking the Tea Party faction. Now with Trump; it's just a case of the shoe being on the other foot.

I was in the US for awhile before the election, actually right in DC.
There were a LOT of people who were not pro Trump but were very much against the status quo. I don't think the voted for him, but rather, against the establishment.
Trump made lots of promises about shaking things up, draining the swamp, etc, and that appealed to those who have little or nothing to lose.
I didn't like Hilary much. Too much baggage from her past.
Trump seemed like a reasonable gamble.
Since then he has broken almost every promise and lies constantly, even about things that are easily fact-checked.
He has done hardly anything for his blue collar base, he scammed them with a phony tax reduction, and is tearing up the healthcare system so his backers can make more billions off sick people.
The worst is his constant insults and hate speech, he needs to start wearing white robes and a pointy hat.

My problem with Trump is that he lacks character.

He is a bully, if he dosen't get his way, he will sue you, take you to court, even if you are in the right and will outlast you with his high price lawyers. He has had several companies go bankrupt, yet he still has a personal fortune, some if not alot made through those defunct companies.. He has paid pennies on the dollar to construction companies through bankruptcy.

During a debate in the last Presidential election, he basically called another debater's wife ugly (attacking the candidate is acceptable but his loved ones, that is very under handed, and shows that he Trump lacks character, a low blow that should not of been tolerated by the voters).... It goes to show you how far he will go to win, to belittle other people when he should talk about issues that concern the US nation, not made up shit like a border walls... or rants to send his political opponents to jail, just like any other 3rd world dictator....

The Presidents office should be one of integrity...

Ever see the video where his new cabinet is televised, and you have all the department heads, sucking up and telling the people how much they loved sucking up to Trump on live TV... made me sick!

Trumps time in office will be seen as like one of his bankrupt companies, bankrupting Americans of respect and integrity and draining their pocketbooks.

One thing that stood out for me in that election was Trump's comment on voting machines were rigged in favour of "Hilary". Why would he bring that up? There was no need to say that...

But somehow in key Democratic states/primaries Trump won by slim margins..... And yet no recount was done, and no one investigated voter fraud? Cause the first thing in the air waves was America wanted change.... Slick propaganda......

If Americans vote Trump in again in 2020, we will know the true nature of American character.....No respect and no integrity and their pocketbooks drained like a swamp leaving them to live in a toxic wasteland.

I was reading this aft that the so called tax refund has been a significant tax increase for many middle income house holds. Twitter lit up with comments like 'at least the Koch's are happy' and 'my taxes are more that twice the value of my car, fuck you'. Going into 2020 with unhappy middle class is not a good sign.

When people accuse one side, or the other of being blind, or entrenched, they forget to notice that usually also applies to themselves.

Neither side is willing to look at any perspective than their own

When you only bother to listen to whatever outlets reinforces your biases, you're just as blind as anyone.

As for personal insults, yes, Trump is a master at that, but don't forget Trump has been called everything by the left, and his supporters are regularly attacked. Someone recently inferred Baron Trump was mentally challenged, Melania has been called everything from a prostitute (assuming it's said as an insult, not a compliment), to a slut, to an immigration scammer, so those approaches are used by all sides.

Yes he's a nasty piece of work who has mimicked handicapped people, peoples ethnicity, religion, etc etc etc.

The thing that drives me nuts is he is a serial liar. Lots of outright lies that are easily disputed, gross exaggerations that are laughable etc. His base loves it.

It's 24 / 7 Trump TV and it's tiring to try to listen to the news without having something about him.

http://projects.thestar.com/donald-trump-fact-check/

Daniel Dale has kept an ongoing tally of all his lies, exaggerations and partial truths. It's well into many thousands now.

Of course he is not perfect, nor has any other president in history been, but none of the people who were arrested during the Mueller investigation had anything to do with Russian collusion, or Trump. Most of the people charged, were charged for things that were done before he was president. I just want to see equal application of the rules and the law for both sides.

Trump insults and ridicules people because he is incapable of proper debate.
Same goes for his followers.
If someone presents a reasoned argument in favour of a Trump policy then I might change my opinion of that policy. Too many Trump followers are interested only in "owning the Libtards" . They spout religious garbage about Trump and ignore his adultery, racism, and lying.

Someone recently inferred Baron Trump was mentally challenged
I read a few vicious political bulletin boards and in fact Barron is almost never mentioned. Only once that I can remember, by either right or left, and the guy who posted it was shot down in flames by both sides.
It was pretty well known long before 2016 that he is autistic, the press have some kind of unwritten hands-off policy with him. Note how little coverage there is of him compared to any other president's children.
He didn't have any choice in his situation. In light of this I have nothing more to say about him.

Melania has been called everything from a prostitute (assuming it's said as an insult, not a compliment), to a slut, to an immigration scammer.
Melania is a gold digger at best. She doesn't care about anything but her designer clothes and luxury lifestyle. She also got her parents in despite Trump's opinion that America is full.
If it works for her than great.

Mike Flynn lied that he had not met any Russians nor had any contact with them about removing the Obama sanctions. There was video of him sitting next to Putin before he became part of the administration. Manafort has had many meetings with Russians before and during #45's administration. He also lied about it to the FBI.

Also #45 said in an interview with Lester Holt that he fired Comey because of the Russia thing. Smells like obstruction of justice to me.

Next will be Roger Stone who has plead not guilty to all charges. That's going to tell a lot about the inner workings of the GOP dirty tricks.

The list goes on and on.

Seems you've been reading Alt Facts as your only news source.

In softness, strength.
This kind of post is the sign of real intolerance and over-the-top rhetoric that is really dangerous.
I usually identify as left-leaning, but since Trump's election, I'm disgusted by much of the left's hypocrisy, intolerance and extremism. Exactly what the left criticizes, they have become.

Just to remind you how measured, rational, completely tolerant your post was -
you need not remind me of how measeured, rational, completely tolerant my post was ct as from your post at top
I see you were left leaning. So what happened?

So what style of the trumps administration of hypocracy, intolerance and extremism did you find more favourable
than the left? It must be cuz your intolerance of the left it would seem is your only argument.
Shallow at best my friend.

Your accusing me of misguided abhorence about polotical pawns is not because of not paying attention to politics as I can
only stomach so much of all the garbage it entails. And by the way I've sponsored two over seas people who I will not
get into details about. Wonderful human beings by all rights and imaginations. Why did I do it? Cuz I care about positive
things in my life.

Speaking of which there is no sense at all in our continueing this conversation between us as I see it as being a futile
endeavour with someone I cannot intellectually get through to on a level playing field. You biases are far beyond what
I tend to cope with and will not further. Unless you want to open your soul to kindness, acceptance, tolerance and
a feeling of well being and love for all of mankind. I doubt trump will, ever has, said such a thing in his
entire life.
I prefer peace in my soul and not the ongoing rhetoric that will lead us
into more negative hyperbolies. So.......it's time to bid you farewell and an agree to disagree my friend.

I wish you luck in supporting what I see as a human being who has no character whatsoever and a soul that is lost,
being the one you support.......donald trump. My opinion........

Negativity destroys form and function. Or as we say in the arts,
tension not only destroys quickness and movement but sensitivity as well.

Peace out brother.

Remember what I said previously. The only way that the Deep State can get the narrative back is to change the news cycle away from all the arrests that are coming. Was Notre Dame Cathedral the first... possibly more to come?

You are right about people seeing him as not part of the establishment. But you are understating the significance of this. Being an outsider in DC means you get attacked from all directions if you upset the status quo. The big question then becomes: What is the status quo? What are they hiding? What have they got to lose? Etc, etc, ect. Trump has done things, and threatened to do things that, although not reported in the mainstream press has the ability to take some of the people down that have been involved in very disturbing antics for many years. And I believe it is getting a lot closer to reality then people think.

Is this inferring that the Notre Dame cathedral fire was intentionally set to divert attention from the constant #45 news cycle?
