Trouble getting hard. Seeking advice!

I’ve never had an issue getting an erection until recently, in which I saw a provider who I was very attracted too who for some reason I just couldn’t get it up with. I felt embarrassed, but considered it to be a fluke.

the other day, I rebooked with this same provider and the same problem occurred. I’m honestly baffled as to what could be happening. I think it’s something to do with the fact that I couldn’t get hard the first time and maybe the second time I was overthinking and that caused the same issue?

Keep in mind, I had sex with a civilian and another escort in between these two visits with this provider and didn’t have an issue with either. I’m hoping one of the veterans here can share some wisdom as it’s honestly a pretty embarrassing feeling and I’d love to see this provider again as I live fairly close to her but I’m wondering if I’m just caught in a cycle of defeat lol.

Honestly, this happens to us sometimes and nothing to be embarrassed about. There are many internal factors that can cause this from stress, anxiety to even our diet and lifestyle. It happened to me few years ago a couple of times and I stopped and thought about going to my family doctor for maybe an underline condition. Long story short, I had high stress which I thought I had it under control and I was traveling a lot few weeks before it happened. My body was trying to catch up and had decided my erection was least of its worries. Maybe speaking to your doctor would help understand to why its happening and see if there is any underline conditions causing this. People will always say take Viagra, but to me its important to know why its happening when it was not happening before. That is my advice and I hope it gets better for you.
