He was advised by 911 not to pursue trayvon. He obviously was on a mission that could not be stopped. I want an investigation of course because the whole thing seems slanted in Zimmerman's favour. Having worked in the deep south, I know the deepseated racism that exists. Obama is getting the abuse also because he is black. These guys are incurable racaists.

When you have people openly cheering someone for murdering another person, simply because the victim was black, the wondering about them stops. There's nothing left to wonder about.

yeahboy said that "Trayvon was not a criminal" How do we know that this is true? Everyone seems to be making a big deal over the difference in weight. Since when is a persons weight a guarantee of their ability to handle themselves in a fight? I was an amateur boxer back in the day and speed, technique, and overall fitness level are much more important in a street fight than weight.

Here is another side of the story.

I will defer to your expertise since you were a boxer but I've been in a street fight and having a gun is more important than technique or overall fitness level.

Proper police response, investigation, and prosecutor diligence certainly appear to have not been followed here. Clearly this Zimmerman guy is a failed "wannabe" cop with an attitude and an itchy trigger finger. It's fine to be wary vigilante justice - but obviously there's every indication that that's exactly what Travon was a victim of.

Your remarks indicate that you have a similar mindset to Zimmerman. I hope you don't have a gun for all our sake's and are instead relying on your 'speed, technique, and overall fitness level'.

Has anyone been following this media circus down in the USA? In the year 2012 we essentially have "wild west" style justice being perpetuated against George Zimmerman, a Latino man that hasn't even had a trial never mind a conviction. Lets look at the facts so far.

The New Black Panther Party has offered a bounty of $10,000 to anyone who captures Zimmerman. New Black Panther organizer Mikhail Muhammad said that he doesn't "obey the white man's law, I don't follow the American law."

Douchebag Spike Lee sent out a tweet in an attempt to publicize Zimmerman's home address. The address Lee tweeted out however, to his more than 250,000 followers, actually belongs to an elderly couple, David McClain, 72, and his 70-year-old wife Elaine, who subsequently received threats and hate mail directed at Zimmerman.

Of course the usual race pimps like Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson have crawled out of their holes and are exploiting the Travon Martin tragedy to instigate a racial divide in America.

My prediction (and hope) is that George Zimmerman will be found innocent of any wrongdoing.
yes, i agree with you 100% !

I watched a US TV news channel the other day, and they had a voice expert on who had analyzed 911 tapes of the incident. On one tape, a caller, who could not see the incident, but could clearly hear it, as evidenced on his 911 taped call. is reporting to the 911 operator, and a voice in the background can be heard shouting for help just seconds prior to the sound of the gun being fired. The tape was played for the TV audience. The voice expert states that he spent about 10 to 15 hours analyzing the tapes, over a two day period, and that the voice calling out for help was definitely not that of Zimmerman.

He had no comparison tapes for Martin, but I am sure that when this goes to trial, he will have received verified tapes of Trayvon Martin's voice for comparison to the person crying out for help. If the voice crying out for help is Martin, then nuff said in my mind and I am sure that of a jury. If the voice isn't Martins then one must wonder if there is a witness that saw all.

I agree. In fact, as long as the voice experts can say it is not Zimmerman, that's pretty much it. Even if there are no voice tapes of Martin, and obviously no one can make one now, the conclusion that it's not Zimmerman would be pretty much the end of his claim that he was being beaten and had to shoot.

So you want Zimmerman found innocent because Spike Lee and the panthers are idiots?

You would need to get some real experts, not some talking head who heard stuff on TV.

He would need reference material from both men to make that determination and this "expert" allmost certainly doesnt have it and knows it.

Keep in mind that when someone is stressed/afraid their voice usually rises in pitch, so Zimmerman's normal voice would not have sounded the same as it would in the scenario he is claiming. Just as an aside, you can use that to read the state of someone you are in some sort of conflict with, if you have the presence of mind to do that.

Thanks for the link DavidMR.

Tugela, Tom Owens is not just some talking head, he is considered one of the top voice experts in the world. www.owlinvestigations.com/
Zimmerman should be sitting in jail awaiting trial, with zero doubt.
If he doesn't have access to the source material and controls, he IS a talking head, whatever expertise he might have is irrelevant. He is voicing an opinion that is not substantiated with data.

What do you mean, "access to the source material and controls"? The police are not going to hand over the originals, the most anyone can do is work with copies.

The notion that his expertise, established over many years, is irrelevant is one I find hard to accept.

From the Orlando Sentinel

Tom Owen, forensic consultant for Owen Forensic Services LLC and chair emeritus for the American Board of Recorded Evidence, used voice identification software to rule out Zimmerman. Another expert contacted by the Sentinel, utilizing different techniques, came to the same conclusion.

Zimmerman claims self-defense in the shooting and told police he was the one screaming for help. But these experts say the evidence tells a different story.

Owen, a court-qualified expert witness and former chief engineer for the New York Public Library’s Rodgers and Hammerstein Archives of Recorded Sound, is an authority on biometric voice analysis — a computerized process comparing attributes of voices to determine whether they match.

After the Sentinel contacted Owen, he used software called Easy Voice Biometrics to compare Zimmerman’s voice to the 911 call screams.

“I took all of the screams and put those together, and cut out everything else,” Owen says.

The software compared that audio to Zimmerman’s voice. It returned a 48 percent match. Owen said to reach a positive match with audio of this quality, he’d expect higher than 90 percent.

“As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it’s not Zimmerman,” Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon’s, because he didn’t have a sample of the teen’s voice to compare.

Forensic voice identification is not a new or novel concept; in fact, a recent U.S. Department of Justice committee report notes that federal interest in the technology “has a history of nearly 70 years.”

So far the experts have suggested that ZImmerman in his 911 call said, "fucking coons" which brought in the Feds as this might make it a civil rights issue, then they decided it might be he's saying "fucking cold" now it's "fucking punks" so maybe it's the wrong experts everybody is listening to. Face it, the Feds have the original tapes, it'll be their experts that make the final call and the rest of the bunch out there now supplying opinions to the media are just looking for their 15 minutes of fame and some free publicity. There's a witness now being trotted out that says he was told by the lead investigator that the person yelling for help was o.k. so............this won't be over for awhile yet.

Your right uncleg this won't be over for awhile! And thats a good thing! This was something that was going to get buried originally. If you have been following the story you would know that the lead investigator was pushing for Zimmerman's arrest but was overruled by a suit at a desk.

I have confidence that the FBI will do a more than competent investigation and will confirm Tom Owen's findings. The travesty here is an arrest has not been made, just my opinion. Not saying Zimmerman is guilty, but am saying there is enough here to warrant an arrest and more than likely a trial, again just my opinion.

Exactly, if someone had of been arrested I believe alot of the uproar would have been less. When it comes right down to it, someone is dead and it apparently wasn't clear cut self defense. If a thorough investigation would prove it was self defense the guy can be released.
