VJ and Roksi asked me to pass this message on to everyone.

They have been bluenosed (double-booked, then flaked-on/cancelled at last minute) on this current Winnipeg trip quite a bit :mad:, which is just ending for both. Guys have booked both, flaked on one with a lame excuse, to have one girl tell the other girl about it later: "Ohh, he came to see me at that time!" :doh:

Our rep is bad, and getting worse.

My best suggestion, which may have been tried already or even be up-and-running for all I know, is for the ladies to keep tabs on guys who flake, with a dedicated wiki page in the PERB Advertisers Only section. Or even score pooners for just being gentlemen, showing up on time, and not flaking on someone else. This would be Mod's job to set-up, but a nice value-added feature for PERB. And a sticky thread in the Winnipeg advertisers' section to remind the ladies to post there and share info.

Any other ideas?

I agree we need to do something or else fine ladies like Roksi and VJ may avoid our city all together. I was talking to them as well about it and it makes me mad to think that some guys think they can get away with it. What we need is a area on perb for the ladies to put names of guys either real or handles that double book and give them the the run around. It takes time and effort to plan for these lovely ladies to plan a tour and then not have guys show up is terrible. I hope we can fix the problem before we lose these wonderful ladies that pass thru Winnipeg

So what do they get out of booking both then flaking on the other? I don't get it if you get a appointment with one girl why book another?

We can create a Winnipeg Gentleman's Club which a well respected member could head and maintain a list of member id/code combo for identification. Travelling sps can obtain this list for booking reference. The ones on the list will have priority and if the member flakes or doing stuff that upset the sps, he will be potentially removed from the list/club. Of course, anyone can join and be recognized by the sps as safe and reliable client, and you have to be a good pooner to stay on the list. I know there are quite a few well respected people on here can head this WGC. I would definitely be interested in joining and staying on. Just a thought.

I beleive alot of this crap is sometimes jealous local sp's or their boyfriends trying to ruin the travelling girls bussiness.It can't all be legit guys cancelling....

How does your statement apply to the fact that it was proven the men double booked? The guy cancels on one, the girls talk to each other compare appointments to find out these are legit guys doing this. One says so & so canceled on me & the other girl says I saw him at that time he'd booked with you.
This is what I'm getting from the first post made in this thread. Not they had appointments made & both girls wound up being canceled on.

From what I understood they had a couple guys book them both for the same time and cancelled on both. I realize it most likely happens to the local ladies as well they get booked and the guy ends up not showing or books with someone else either a traveling sp or other local lady. I think the idea of a Winnipeg Gentlemens club maybe a good start but that's just my 2 cents.

Oh come on Jim... not many folks have been house bound for the last 2 weeks through our cold snap. We figure out a way to get groceries, get our Tim Hortons fix and make it work but when it comes to pooning we can't leave the house if the mercury dips? Sounds like BS to me...As for overpriced both of these ladies have amazing reviews & seemingly booked up, hard to argue their business model

so you are saying you would be an idiot to sell your stock for less than it is worth. Judging by the reviews and comments on the boards both of these ladies were able to sell what they were offering for what they were charging, it would seem silly for them to lower their prices...popper...?

Honestly, we either need to get our shit together, or the travelling SP's need to screen their customers a little better - ie needing more than one reference.

They'll be asking for deposits, or making less frequent and shorter trips to only see regular clients I guess. Which i guess means if you want them to visit, you might have to agree that taking non refundable deposits is the way to go?

A pooners club sounds like a good idea. but then again, whenever SP's accepts a client don't they already ask for referrals, and thread handles before accepting?

The only risky thing is when they accept booking a new client. And in Keissey's case if she has seen you before and you cancels on her on some dates, it makes it harder for you to book her again. (She's unretiring by the way!)

Jim clearly likes to make the analogy/comparison of buying shares on the stock market to purchasing the services of a SP. Since I do dabble in both it almost makes sense to me. I do like the idea of an elite pooners gentlemans club I must say.
