I used to have that problem until one of my ATFs proved it was all in my (big)head! Right in the middle of a bbbj ,she stopped and climbed on. I have had that for at least 10 years, in my case its called ED....VERY frustrating....buy a entry level (silicone) cock ring, it helps keep the blood from flowing out as as fast as it flows in...
mine is permanent ...yours may be something else....I can pull it 5 times a day and pop....but in bed a transition from bbbj to sex is a very tough challenge without it....my sp has put a lot of time learning about ED and has tried some things that have helped....

I have the same issue recently. It is a couple of things in my case.

There is some family health stuff going on in my life that is always in the back of mind lately which makes it hard to get into sexy mood. I had it recently with Alessandra where I got some shitty news five minutes before our session which ruined the night for me and I didn't want to cancel with five minutes to start. She probably thought I am not into her or something and I felt bad afterwards.

I have used it a while now, people new to it should use it no more than 15 minutes, it does not restrict any orgasms, in my case it amplifies it...but do your own research to determine if its right for you

Most SP's like to supply their own condoms to make sure it's not tampered with and not many ladies have them on hand (at least not that I've encountered) but if you give her prior notification she might have it ready for your session. I've only tried the female condom a couple of times and I didn't think it was the same as a regular condom. I thought it was a little more natural feeling. The first time we used one she put it in and we went at it right away and it was ok. The second time she put it in and we took our time. By the time we had sex I had to do a double take to make sure it was still in. I guess she warmed it up a little and it had a more natural feel to it.

Only tried it a few times. The SP has to plan ahead. Never asked details but I gather it takes a bit of extra time to apply it.

I went to see an SP last month on a day where I didn't work and got a lot of sleep prior. Stayed hard no problem.
