Any recommendations on where to look for TS SPs? Leolist seems to have a lot of fakes or prepay situations.

You're absolutely right, the trans section of LL is just like the other sections of that site, loaded with fake ads\scams. I can send you a message for sites to look at, but truth be told, the trans escorts in Winnipeg leave a lot to be desired, there's only a couple worth seeing. Best bet is to watch and wait for a well reviewed traveller to make a visit.
Oh all right. I'll throw this out and wait to see how long it takes the mods to take it down as "advertising" isn't allowed. SheMale Canada aka SMC is probably the best site to follow if Trans providers are your thing. TGF or Trans Girl Forum is the trans equivalent of PERB. You have to sign up\ become a member before you can post questions or reply but it's THE site for trans in Canada. I post this at 20:30 on New Years eve, let's see when it gets deleted.
Also, if you're thinking of trying out a trans provider avoid Joy, Jovan, Trina and Jackie T. Not a good time.
Best locals are Amanda ( I've seen her but really don't like her restrictions, top only, missionary only), outside of that she's great, friendly, personable etc.
Amity, total sweetheart, very nice person. Doesn't work much so you have to be lucky to catch her when she is.
Stevii (?) I think is how it's spelled, is a great provider but bodywise isn't everyone's cup of tea.
Nina Lopez is all right, pics are old and she's not in fantastic shape but will work with you and tries to make sure you have a good time.
I'd give Foxxy B a go if she had an incall and Krystal C. gave me some bad vibes when I tried contacting her. I tried to meet Kali once and she gave me a two hour run around, never tried again. Selena is new, claims to have been at it before but I've never met her. That's about it for the local trans scene. There have been others that came and went but as they no longer advertise I won't mention them here.

Time for one size bigger tinfoil hat SMC advertises on PERB and TGF is a niche market that isn’t in competition with PERB. I found it to be very eastern Canada oriented and not very useful for Winnipeg but I haven’t been on it for many years maybe it’s changed.
Grishnak is pretty much bang on. Add Lia use to go by Mai/Miley. She only does out calls and only advertises occasionally on SMC but definitely worth a see. Amity splits her time between TO and here. Selena and Stevii are on my bucket list. The GOAT who isn’t mentioned and now only visits Winnipeg now and again is Lexi. For those who have seen her, I say no more.
I have seen "Selena" from LL recently. She is real and pictures are very accurate. Seen plenty of All-stars in the past. I think, at the moment, there is a lack of talent. Perhaps just a slow time for touring. Thanks for the suggestions.

I left Lexi off my list as she's a traveller now, visiting Winnipeg a few times a year. I'm aware that she used to be based here but times change.
