I am not a fan same as I am not a fan of RUSH and mainly because the narrow focussed radio stations in Canada play maybe 3 or 4 songs by both of those bands and after you hear them each day and every day you get to loath them.Seriously how many times can you listen to Tom Sawyer by Rush.....hell just thinking about it makes me want to smash in Geddy Lee's head in with his base guitar...that and his voice is annoying.

Don't blame the radio stations, blame yourself for missing out on possibly one of the greatest bands of all time.

added the comment that his voice is annoying. Personally I find his voice in the early recordings

The PM was speaking from the heart about the death of his friend Gord. He cried when he gave his father's eulogy too; he cried when his brother died. He's a thinking feeling human being. I will take him over a Harperbot or grinning idiot Andrew Scheer any day.

human being he really is until I weigh out all the facts. Political asperations aside.

He is just TWISTING it to his favour.....just like the words "Social Licence" which were coined by an Energy Company Executive with regards to energy/mining projects in 3rd world countries which the companies had to invest in "social infrastucture" to get the green light....that "phrase" has been co-opted by the leftists to infer that a marginal segment of Canadians should influence energy projects as well as the infrastucture projects to get those energy projects developed.Good case in point is the Northwest LNG Partnertship project...same goes for the Energy East pipeline.With regards to the latter it really makes a lot of sense to LOCK in Alberta oil which is ETHICAL and instead IMPORT oil from the MIDDLE EAST which is CONFLICT oil....from countries such as Saudie Arabia and Iraq etc that dont give a damn about environmental laws and even less regards to human rights.At the same time these so called hypocrytic saviours of the environment take money from the Tides Foundation to influence and disrupt Energy development in Canada.

No worries Westwoody, I truly understand the context of one of the greatest sayings of all time.
There was never truer words spoken by Churchill to give honours to the men who fought off the Nazi Luftwaffe
single handed. The Hurricane and Spitfire fighter pilots in my mind were the bravest and hardest fighting
individuals during WW11. That is my opinion of course and do believe they deserve the highest of praise
not taking away from other brave fighting men who did their duty during World War Two of course.

On my comment about social democratic words to the effect of this Speech I was being very sarcastic
and stating that all the rich should give to the few poor who fought in the Battle of Britain,
totally the opposite of what a CON government would do,
and relating it to what Harperbot did to our Veterans here in Canada. Shameful of course.
in reality that was not a very good reference on my part but hopefully now you get my drift.

That I would gladly put my tax dollars toward in a heart beat.
