Are they taking advantage of an opportunity to do a lot better than they could in their homeland? Sure.

Do they do a good job? Most that travel here do, but i would suspect the only the trusted ones would be sent "on the road".

Is their "job" here one that they would choose otherwise? I don't think so.

Is there a reason they have a 10 day limit in each city? I don't think they want any attachments happening.

Can we compare their circumstances to Canadian born SP's? Not even close.

Time off? I have asked in different ways, and have never found one that had been able to do "tourist" things. I would guess that when they are "sick" or unavailable, its due to a monthly visitor, or they are physically unable to work. I have had one visit where the lady should not have been working, but she was toughing it out. Wasn't the most pleasant experience, with her stopping to blow her nose every few minutes.

I also saw the faded number 27 on her shoulder, was odd. Maybe just a mock up for a tattoo, sure would be strange if it was a brand.
I have been out of the loop for sometime now but caved in for jolin and just saw number 27 few days back.
I would saw that with the long conversation I had with Jolin that she seemed real happy and talked about living In bc and Singapore, sure got a feel that she was a happy employee.
Ps VIP if your reading Jolin was happy fun times wish I saw her more than once, she was a good out of retirement party

I can see a lot of asian gangs "branding" women with Arabic numerals. That makes a lot of sense.

Trafficked? Hard to believe. Exploiting circumstances? Probably. And not the way you would think I mean.

Many of these women come from areas of the world where opportunity is slim to none. They will probably go home (if the decide to go home) with more money than any of their peers will earn in a lifetime. Those peers may have had to endure oppression and sexual abuse far worse than having a measured time encounter with a bathed and civilized man.

Is it right? Is it moral? Each must decide on their own, morality isn't a science. By our standards, they are exploited sex workers. By the standards they were born into, they may be elite courtesans.

If only the west would shake off the constraints of the bible belt conservatives that drive our moral agenda, and adopt a more liberal agenda of allowing men and women to seek out their own particular joy, so long as it doesn't impinge upon other's rights to that same joy, we would have a much better society. Decriminalizing and federalizing most drugs, prostitution and other activities that are victimless crimes that are filling our prisons would generate revenue, allow for federal inspection and control, and provide funding to protect the at risk population, providing counseling and treatment.

In a perfect world. We know that won't happen.

There are still lots of unknowns about any of the agencies and the girls that pass through here for any of the Asian agencies. With the latest story the girls were here by their own free will but the conditions they found when they arrived were not what they expected, essentially the arrived and worked and were exploited. How they were exploited is not clear, when they arrived back in Toronto was all the money earned taken from them and they were given the boot home? Who knows. But there is a good chance when we met them, they were friendly and happy and all was good, but when they left Winnipeg..........?

We are also not sure which agency was busted, a review of BP shows VIPTOG is still up and going, KNL is down, Candyland is off the radar as well which unlike VIP and KNL has lately been putting the girls into shitty hotels which makes me think they could possibly be the discussed agency more than KNL.

Do you think any one of these ladies who are shipped over here are truly doing it out of free will? You really think they would admit their work conditions? Just because they earn more here doesn't mean it's what they want. Does a kid who drinks polluted water in a 3rd world doing so out of free will? Come on guys. I lived in Asia. A lot of those ladies are promised the world, then when they arrive their passports are taken so they can't move about freely. There was just a story on CNN about a girl being sold into sex trafficking by her family. Is that free will? When faced with no other option?

You need gov't issued photo ID. So, unless they have landed immigrant cards, or Drivers licenses, they need passports to fly...

You are absolutely correct Rubin! So unless they are escorted from city to city I doubt the girls are trafficked. Not saying none aren't, but the majority likely were recruited knowing what they were getting into.

Sure, they have chosen to do this, and seem to be generally happy with that decision, and are probably treated better here than they would be in a similar situation in Korea. But it does not seem that they are in any way free agents able to make their own decisions.

I've talked to them before and they do supposely go to the korean grocery store to buy food, and bananas . they apply for the position and just work there hours and are happy to get toured. they are happy with the $$$ too.
obviously they can't be deciding to take a day off or anything when they are on a schedule, but when they go back home (usually Vancouver or Toronto) they can do what they want and spend there hard earned $$$.

a lot of those thing could be said about a lot of l stuff made with laborer in Asia it all unfair to the average Joe working their but this is the free enterprise system we have ( sucks ) guy could all way use good local providers , who expect and get Canadian standers .

If you can not do it safely for every one . do not do it I all so note that the board allowed theses guy to advertise on the site . they will sell to any one with money it looks like
