if u were a woman would we have this discussion over a vibrator or dildo that is commonly used like a magic wond by womenI...for one...am thinking of trying this...though I am very depraved compared to some. Would this push me over some sort of edge I wonder...open up some new doors into some fucked up shit. This could be like Pandora’s Box.
But women can't go into WomynsWare or the like & try out the dildos, or rent the magic wands for an hour...nor WOULD they, I would think!if u were a woman would we have this discussion over a vibrator or dildo that is commonly used like a magic wond by women
" image-worship or divine honour paid to any created object "
Well yes, that's the whole purpose of this.I think this is getting out of hand..
I really should meet you some time.I think the main issue with it is how real it actually is. While that is a positive short term, I think it has the potential for being socially detrimental in the long run. It is a brilliant product from a business standpoint. IMHO it has a huge potential to create an addiction or reliance on the doll, thereby guaranteeing a the company's continued growth.
Nobody thinks a dildo replaces a man. No one get those confused or thinks the dildo is good enough to replace human interaction.
When something is as realistic as those dolls are, it lends a very real possibility that those who are more introverted, sexually inexperienced, shy, socially awkward etc will use them exclusively and not see a need to push themselves to interact with real people. In essence, it could end up magnifying a pre existing challenge to the point that a person loses further ability to communicate with real people.
How's it realistic? The doll doesn't move or talk. This isn't Westworld yet. I see this as a fad for normal guys, I myself will try it once. Maybe hardcore freaks and weirdos will get addicted to it. But they should be a small subset of the population that aren't regular pooners anyways because they are too awkward. Also, the price is a big joke. A 30 min session is barely cheaper than somewhere solid like Tiger Spa.I think the main issue with it is how real it actually is.
