Alright, total noob question. When you shower at the provider's incall and they don't join you... do you come out with a towel on, or do you put your clothes back on so she can undress you?

How clean are your clothes and underwear? You may know they’re clean but she doesn’t know that. It’s best to put a towel on or be completely naked.
Putting your old clothes back on after you shower? Eww. I always bring a new set of clothes after I shower but I usually just have a towel on whenever I come out to meet her.
Having a shower does not necessarily make your clothes old. Lots of people get dressed up in fresh clean clothes before they head down for their appointment.

First, consider how much money you are spending, and ask if you're getting value for your dollar or you know what you're paying for.
If you're paying cheap rates, then be thankful you're getting the means to clean yourself proper before and after. Just come out with the towel on, and let her do the rest.
If you're paying top-shelf prices then I'd half expect the provider to keep her hands on me at all times once I walk through their door, and head straight into the shower and help me clean all the parts of my body that she intends to put her mouth on, followed up with some preparatory oral before guiding me to the bed for the main event(s).
Many others have already chimed in with good answers. I'll add sometimes when you role play stuff if your provider is cool with it then you can come out the shower say with your suit back on and she can play your secretary, boss, co worker, interviewer/interviewee, etc. Can feel a lil odd getting out of a suit to shower then getting back in it then to get undressed by her in it or keep it on to do the deed then shower and get dressed again. Lots of movement but can be a lot of fun a lot of fun 
When you are in that shower, make sure you soap up and clean your junk and every bit of skin in a foot and a half radius, twice, maybe even three times. Walk out with towel and ask her if she has a spot for your towel.
There are some reasons for the SP not joining you in the shower but if it is part of their ad, they should and start the action in there. If not, fine just go from there, knowing you are just as fresh as brand new peppermint tic tacs that still have the little seal on them!

In North America, we have a bit of a hangup about nudity, even in this situation. Why wrap a towel around the waist? What are we trying to hide? Putting on your clothes seems even more counterproductive to sexual intercourse. Get naked and stay naked. Enjoy!
