I think you need to set out your criteria a bit more. What is "good" or "bad" to you in terms of service, and in terms of providers?
Wild unrestrained service with few limits from MILFy (mostly Chinese) ladies.... Swan Lake (Richmond, Garden City Rd.).
Very restrained (nude bodyslide and handjob only), but also very hot, service from younger girls... some of whom are legit University students... Feet to Face (Burnaby, Gilmour Station).

In general with the AMP scene... again it really depends what you are looking for. I love the Mansion One group. Sandy and Emma (both at Rainbow Spa, East Vancouver, right now) are as beautiful of Chinese ladies - with really top service - that you will find in Vancouver. Sweet, working down in White Rock at CoCo Spa right now - she will be in Vancouver starting in January - is "the sweetest girl in all China." I don't think you will find a more accommodating, put you at ease, responsive, sensual lady anywhere in this market. And she is working hard in the gym and the swimming pool almost every day. The downside of the Mansion One group (Mansion One, Rainbow Spa, Coco Spa) is that they never have as many ladies as Boss Tiffany would like, even though Tiffany is always trying to recruit - both locally and from afar - and they are spread out across 3 locations, so it is always 2-3 girls on shift, maybe 4 once in awhile (usually at Rainbow).
Nicole at Sole Spa (Cambie and 15th) always has a nice roster of (again, mostly Chinese) ladies, that are more around 30 than 40+ like many of the other places. She will usually have about 6 ladies on shift, although you can expect 2 to 4 of them to be occupied when you go in, so booking an appointment with the girl whose pictures you prefer in the leolist ad is a good idea. Nicole is REALLY good, best in the area, I think, about only putting the pics up that day for the girls that are actually on shift.

Or get adventurous and walk into New Star Health Centre (Hastings, between Highway 1 and Boundary Rd.) and see who walks out from behind the curtain. They don't advertise, but they have lots of customers and lots of girls - both on their roster and working each day.

How would you describe your experience from the Spas you mentioned above? I’ve been to Tiger mostly and my experience has been decent with a good selection of different ethnicities to choose from. All of the girls I’ve seen are in their 20s.

Broadway Spa
I had an excellent experience at Broadway Spa the one time I went. It was with a real Japanese provider and I was stunned that she was working at a spa and with spa rates. We got along and she was awesome. Will rate 9/10
update: Broadway Spa gets a 1/10. Went in recently, lady at the front quoted me $150 hh. Had only one girl working and asked to see her. She came and said hello. Lady came back in and said $220.. wtf?!? The laziest grift ever. I went to leave and the girl tried to stop me, apologized and said “okokok $150! I made a mistake”
Sole Spa
I occasionally go here and have had some good experiences. The ladies are polite, the service is okay and mostly expected. I feel a bit rushed and the last time I asked for 1hr, the younger girl talked me down to 1/2hr and the option to pay for another 1/2hr if I wanted. Girls are pretty enough but I think It will start to be my 2nd or 3rd option if I’m in the area. Will rate 7.5/10
Spa Paradise
I’ve had some great experiences here and the girls have mostly been awesome, young, receptive. The mamasan went from being friendly to pushy. She’s sexy / feisty but I think her agenda is to make sure all the girls get work opposed to sending in a line of options. It’s smart but frustrating when you’re looking for “your type”. I would rate 8.5/10
Mansion One Spa / Rainbow Spa
I’ve only seen Sandy at both places, but I’ve gone out of my way to see her both time and she’s wonderful! Great service and I can absolutely see why she’s well reviewed. I can fairly review these spas but I can say that I loved the atmosphere in Rainbow Spa. The other ladies looked sexy. Unfair review, but would give 9/10
Phoenix Spa
Busy! Not a fan. Not discreet and in a busy location. Arrived and was told to wait 10min in the quiet front. 4-5 other men arrived in that time and we all waited for another 20min. Did get me a great lady provider, but the other stuff was a huge turn off. Would review 5/10
Swan Lake Spa
I went out of my way to check it out from reviews. Older aunties for sure but really nice and the experience as easy. The service was great and I honestly liked the girls. No rudeness and welcoming. I would say 8.5/10
Sun City Spa
Not good. Saw the two girls working and really wanted to leave. Mamasan literally stood in the doorway, very gently and politely asked me why I didn’t like the girls and tried to bargain with me. I eventually caved for 1/2hr because I just wanted to leave. Can’t recommend. 3/10
Aegean Spa
Location is pretty quiet, low key. Went in and the providers were all busy except one. I didn’t really vibe with her so I waited 10min. Girl came in and she was pretty but had a crappy attitude. Went through the motions. I stayed polite and would need another visit to give a true review. Would say 6.5/10
Emax Acupressure Center
This was a weird experience. Older aunties for sure, only 3 working. Wanted a 4 hand massage and two of the providers were busy. I decided to leave and the mamasan asked me as I was one foot out the door, if I would be open to her and the one available girl… I said okay! It was pretty good, not what I had in mind but I left happy and they were open to all my requests. 7/10

Funny how Aegean was busy but it almost never gets any reviews. People always mention only the manager.
