Mine are....

1) David Pratt..what a fucking schmuck. Never has a guy who knows so little, say so much.

2) Tony "The Weasel" Gallagher..his constant support of Goodenow and the players union was nauseating.

3) Squire Barnes...look, you're NOT FUNNY. And that new 'do makes you look like a faggot.

Honourable mention: Dan "I have a great face for radio" Russell

I doubt any of these pieces of shit ever played a sport in their life and here they are making living reporting on it. Kind of like VV and her status as a SP...it just ain't adding up.

Media nightmares

I would like to add another dumbfuck to that list.
God I hate to even type his name........Don WITLESS from the
cbc.
This shmuck belongs in a bowling alley calling games.
He is so clueless about the game of hockey he talks about
everything else while the game is going on. Man that is irritating.
Call the game jackass, not what the player was doing last summer
while the playoffs are on !!!!
He also talks in some kind over thinking mode or whatever it is,
I can't explain it. Maybe one of you can elaborate on that if you want.
He will say 100 words where only 10 are necessary and by that
time the period is over.
Wait It just came to me......worlds worst case of verbal diarrhea ever.
Or the classic worlds worst case of A.D.D.

I remember one game in vancouver that was on cbc, can't remember
the color mans name, but a fan threw a fish on the ice.
Don says to the color man "hey you are the fishing expert here what
kind of fish is that"?
You know what the color guys answer was.........(I still fall on the floor
LMAO about it)......he says to Don....."Thats a dead fish Don".
You've never heard dead silence like that on cbc ever, it was great !! :D
Anybody remember that??

Way back when the great Jim Robson was doing the play by play
on CKNW I would shut the sound off the TV and simulcast NW
on the TV.
There was only a one second or less delay until the communist
broadcasting corporation got wind of this and set in 4-5 second delay
just to show who's boss on the airwaves cancelling out any chance of simulcasting a radio broadcast and cbc. Isn't that just great.

Kinda sounds like the canucks and how they protect cloutier and keep
him on a pedestal............what CRAP.

There........now I feel better, my rant for the day. :D

Hold on there LK you may be missing the oportunity of a lifetime.
Humiliation not!
I would love to go to a Vancouver - Calgary game with Julia.

You never know if Calgary wins , "Julia honey", would you possibly
celebrate the win in true Cowtown fashion and rip off that Flames Jersey
in public for me?

No cheating now......no bra allowed. :D

A nuckleheads loss in this case would be well worth it.

I'd like to kick them all in the nutz. Everyone nowdays reads the sports the same fucking way. You know it. Sportspage started it like 15 years ago. It got Don Taylor to Sportsnet. Now its fucking old.
Someone needs to come up with a fresh way of delivering the shit.

Well, I don't think Sportspage started it, but I agree. Everyone thinks they're Chris fucking Berman now. A bunch of smirking neanderthal wannabe slicksters delivering "witty" plays on words at every opportunity. Every asswipe sportscaster thinks he's a comedian. It's so tired.

Sports "journalism" is the lowest form of human intelligence.

Have not province
I grew up watching Michael Landsberg and Brendan O'Conner in the early days of TSN and that was the way sports was supposed to be delivered.

Anyone remember back in the day on CBC when Steve Armitage tried to call hockey playoff games? "He first-times it!" Haha nice try Steve.

between her thighs
Jay Janower, BCTV Weekend Morning News. Not because he annoys me or anything, it is because he gets to sit and flirt with Robin Stickley all weekend long. ;) :D

Way back when the great Jim Robson was doing the play by play.......
No kidding. I remember as a kid listening to Mr.Robson and it was like I was actually there. I call him Mr.Robson because I've had the pleasure of meeting him many times at Canucks and Canucks alumni events, and his sister lived a block away from me growing up, and he is a true gentleman, has incredible stories, and is very funny. I was more star-struck when I met him than any athlete or celebrity. It was truly an honour.

As for Tony Parsons, he's a great a guy and a lot of fun after he's had a few glasses of wine. Totally not like I expected......
