Captain K's Ex had an article in the Province I believe this week about being a Hockey Wife a lot of rumours come with it. She addressed the Brown thing--She never even met him--according to the article.
Interesting timing on that one. Who knew she read Perb? :pound:

I read the article and wondered why in the last closing paragraph she would go into that discussion about Brown vis–à–vis Captain Kirk. She didn't elaborate but simply denied knowing Brown. Seemed strange to me that she would even go there and it was out of context with the theme of her article. What evs haha

I shared the link on this thread already on the 1st page..but here's it again. http://news.nationalpost.com/2015/03/13/the-trials-and-tribulations-of-being-a-hockey-wife/

I don't think they were married during the 94 cup run. I believe he was married to another lady at the time.

Look left. Way left.
Lol Ya right yet another anonymous troll on an Internet board.*

Kesler is a coke head cutting lines with a hockey skate. Lol do you know exactly how stupid you sound. Seriously man if you're going to make up stuff make it believable.
No one has ever cut coke with a hockey skate ever anywhere.

Probably just spreading crap on the canucks board too and on other Hockey *forums.*

How do you know? I know because my roommate's, brother's, next door hairdresser once knew a guy who was friends with a chicken farmer that sold a truck to another guy who told him about a guy who used to play junior hockey with him. Ya okay must be truthful then. LMAO
Ahem........mr. factoid........seen it done a few times in a local arena.......saying that no one has ever done something that is physically possible is not logical. Nearly anything can happen when it comes to hockey players. Mosy aren't the brightest and are willing to try nearly anything. Just my experience.........

and there were a few others.... one being kassian.
they do not have mandatory drug tests , however, when Trevor or Benning ask for you to piss in the bottle , you better.
kassian did , and was benched... they know he was a hardcore partier so they kept him on short leash until the urine cleaned up...
he played well , made the trade cut and then partied to celebrate the cut... then benched again.
Where's u hear this man? Kass is one of my favorite players. My friend told me the same thing the other day. I was a bit surprised at first upon hearing it, but after thinking about it, I could see Zack being the type to do it.

I don't know if anyone is naïve enough to think that 25 or so young testorone(sp?)fuelled males spending 7-9 months in each others company, with few breaks, are going to always be in harmony.
With football teams the rosters are even bigger.

I've never been in an NHL dressing room, much less a charter,so I can't say what goes on with any team, such as Canucks.

But human nature is human nature and I've been on teams,Junior A, NCAA, and Europe and there was occasional friction.
Nobody had a wife at the lower levels, but some guys swapped girl-friends,who,btw, were fine with it.

Getting back to Kuzma's quote about Kassian,I'm wondering if that was necessary...the innuendo. Why not just report what the coach said without the inference.A guy is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, right?
