Hi guys, newbie here thinking to visit a provider for first time.

Is there a list of top providers? Ideally good providers for first timers?

First off, what kind of provider are you looking for exactly? Race, looks, hair colour, body type? Types of service you're after or want to try out? Budget, location restrictions? So many questions need to be addressed first.

After you have addressed those questions this board will be more than happy to recommend someone to you. Even then you should do your research, this board is a wealth of information if you are willing to wade through it.

Lastly this should be in the 411 section.

I’m Mostly interested on someone who has a good reputation, I want to avoid scam or visiting someone who is rude or does not care about her visitors

Any race or age is ok, being friendly is way more important for me

Location: Vancouver downtown or nearby preferred

Body type: skinny to average

It's been a long time since I pooned in Downtown Vancouver, so I can only suggest further away from it.

Skyler Mack is very good, good look, tall and slim with nice ass. Open to lot of activities. Around 30 yrs old I guess.

You could also try Maya West, she is older, around 40, not slim but she posts real photos (so you can decide for yourself). Excellent service and she does few days in Vancouver.

These two provide excellent service, you will be spoilt.

In Vancouver especially DT, you could find reputable SP with your budget, check the reviews after you search Leolist or ad section on Perb. There are some reputable agencies too.

I totally agree Syler is hands down great choice . She is pricey and has tattoos. Maya West is awesome she makes you have a real emotional connection and feel at ease. You cant go wrong with either one of them. I have seen both ....Maya West is milf early 30's (sorry Not 40) maybe a few years older than Skyler. I have seen them both independently and had duos with them.
