Tool for easy blacklist - automatically have time wasters blocked

Hey ladies,
I am sure everyone has their own method of blocking and avoiding undesirable clients.

I wanted to share my current method being independent and not having a service which screens for me at the moment.

There are APPs which you can get for your phone which will block the numbers you add. ( this is the obvious part.)

I know there are many lists of blacklisted numbers but it is not up to date and often a waste to add all of them to my phone.
I figured it would be helpful if once a month we post all the numbers on the same day that we suggest others block as well.

That way it is always up to date and as people get new numbers we are constantly screening them as a whole.
It will also really teach them a lesson that they wont even get a call through to most SPs and maybe think about not being assholes.

I dont know if you all do something like this already, I am fairly new to the industry and still am figuring things out .

What about a weekly email list? I wouldn't mind taking that on, but I can imagine that it would be a lot of work. I have time outside of my availability that I could make that happen, but would ladies mind paying a small premium for it? Say $5-10/month or something, to cover my time? With actually abusive and/or dangerous clients going out right away vs. time wasters that are more annoying than anything? Does something like this already exist?
I have a list as long as my arm to work with as it sits.

Im sure there must be a phone app available where we all have access to update phone numbers, directly ill do some looking around .
