It appears she's from "Pink Diamond Condo" circle.....I'd give it a shot.
I texted the 2605 #, got a Montreal vibe so I passed. Before writing this, I checked the ad, the number has now changed (2533) and as BGR mentioned, it is now listed as a Pink Diamond Condo.
I noticed her photos have changes as well. Perhaps they are her now but not worthy the risk for me.
