Good observation. I did not say too much about other service providers because I do not have much nice to say but I have recommended others for sure.

I work right beside the location. The parking is convenient, discreet., and free. I can slip into the shop in less than one second and observe the surroundings after I am out of the elevator. The shop is clean and well managed. More importantly, the service is generally better with FULL range of options. The girls are happier with better attitude. I only complained once because the girl asked FS couple times after I side no. Other than that I have been happy every time.

The discreet environment, happy girls, consistent services, nice shop, and optional extras make me comfortable to recommend CZ.
