Doubt that very much, he's too much of a family man. Just can't see it. Regardless, he's done nothing but great things for Canada, lost his mother recently, and the way the Canadian press and some Canadians are treating him is despicable.

As long as you keep an accurate log book of your winnings and loses you can use your loses to offset your winnings and reclaim the tax holdbacks. That's why professional poker players keep a log book. It would be pretty ridiculous if you lost $50,000 one day the won $50,000 the next day and got stuck with a $15,000 tax bill for breaking even.

You have to pay taxes on your winnings (only for winnings over 10K) when you cash out. Why would they collect it there if the law didn't mandate it? They do this at all casinos in the US (Federal Law).

One story I read said Gretzky's living in Phoenix with his 15 year old son and Janet's living in LA with the rest of their kids.Maybe wayne the family man may be already having domestic problems.
