Just got a message from PERB that somebody did try to login as me and failed 5 times.

So here is a challenge for you ...... I changed my password from 9 to 15 characters of mix cases, and special characters.

If someone tries to use an already existing name to create a new account here, doesn't this site inform you that the name is already taken?
If so.....the person trying to log in would have to be using your account intentionally, and fully aware of what they are doing.
Maybe the Mods could shed some light on that?

I think "password" fails on many sites now. "Password" or "Password1" or "Password_1" or some other idiotic variation might work.

They might be able to give you IP address to see if same as yours (the wife ) but not sure if that info is saved since they didn't successfully get logged in.

It could have been a member with a similar handle who misspelled his handle then kept trying to log in. If it happens again I would contact admin.

FYI, if you can't come up with a password, I've found that various combinations of significant postal codes and phone numbers work very well.
