Christmas time is upon us as you've undoubtedly been bombarded with the music, decorations, and crowds.

While I typically volunteer my time and tangible items at this time of year, I'm now involved with helping a family close to my heart. This family of 4 have built themselves up from virtually nothing since the summer and are still struggling-- surviving on the food bank and donated items. My friend, the mother, has decided to not even have her kids this Christmas (relinquishing her parental time to the Evil Ex) because she doesn't have the means to provide gifts or even a nice meal. She has close family in the country, but they've nearly been tapped by legal fees helping her battle it out in courts...

While she doesn't know about my current pursuits as Claire I feel I'm in a position to help her, though it takes a village. I'm reaching out to you to help prevent this Christmas from being a bust for her and her 3 kids. The kids are suuuuuper sweet and while I can't imagine them asking for anything more than their mother's love, I want them to smile and be merry-- Christmas really is about kids and community love.

If you book an appointment for 1hr + from Dec 3 - Dec 23 and bring along an appropriate unwrapped gift valued at $20 or more (toys, clothing, toiletries) I will knock off $50 from my donation
Non-perishable (canned/boxed food) items are also welcome and needed

My typical rates

300 - 1hr
450 - 1.5hrs
550 - 2hrs

The family:

9 year old boy
5 year old girl
4 year old boy
late 20's Mom

I realize this may be an odd proposal to some...

If you'd still like to visit but don't have the time/desire to contribute I'd totally understand! I'm happy to see old and new friends!
Similarly if you see it in your heart to donate but do not desire an appointment I would gratefully accept :) with a hug and cheek kiss to surely follow

I sincerely hope you are well and able to celebrate this season with minimal stress and much happiness!!

Gentlemen 30+ - email preferred, please introduce yourself if we have not previously met

A HUGE thank you to everyone for your generosity and kindness so far! A handsome hamper will be gifted to my deserving friend this holiday season. :clap2:

With your help (some from gents I hadn't even met, some from gents across the country!) we have accumulated a few toys for each of the three kids, a Toys r Us gift card, grocery and gas gift cards, a spa gift certificate for mom, and Christmas ornaments. (any cash donations were put toward these items).

THANK YOU!!

At the risk of overwhelming her I can happily say that no further donations are needed. I think they are comfortably set up for the time being. There are many other deserving people and organizations out there (all year round) so please think of donating your time, services, or goods in another way :)

PS I have some availability this week.... ;)
