I give a tip around 60% of the time. Its not like a serving job where they survive off the tips. Ill give a tip somewhere between $20 and $50 if i really enjoyed my time.
At amps where they are making less, ill pretty much always leave something.
If the lady is more all inclusive im much more likely to leave a tip than if she tries to upsell for every little thing.

With independents, tipping is appreciated but in general not required. If you do just tip, give what you feel is reasonable.
If any Indy sp is upset about not receiving tips, it’s a sure sign it’s time to raise your rates
In some places like massage parlours they rely on tips but haven’t been in that area for awhile so no idea how it is now so no comment on that area

Average rates for MP’s are
45 min $180
1 Hr $220
They pay the house a room fee .
Average room fee’s are
45 min $60
1 Hr $80
The provider keeps the rest
Seems contrary to popular belief it’s more profitable to be the employee in this instance than the owner as the boss still has things like the water bills , LL adds, monthly rent for the space etc .
