I don't understand why everyone has to get all excited. Mick8 was telling us something he tried and wondered what we thought of it and perhaps others had ideas of their own.
Sounds like an incentive idea to me.
The sp is already paid and now has a choice to give him great or average service. I would think most people in the position would be up for the challenge.
