Nothing expected beyond the agreed on donation. It's a nice little bonus if you feel they went above and beyond the call of duty, or you're feeling just plain generous. Amounts vary as to what you feel they deserve, standard service industry rate of 15%-25% can be applied in this situation.
Tip can also be used during upsells. Personally, I hate upsells, and never go through with them. But some services are locked behind a paywall, and are accessible through a real time negotiated amount that they call/consider a tip.
