Tipping Advice

Gentlemen,

Being new to the sport, can you please tell me if tipping is expected above and beyond the rate set by an SP? If so, is there a usual percentage?

I will be seing an SP shortly and will post review thereafter.

Your advice is appreciated.

Tipping is never required, and shouldn't be expected, although some clients do it anyway.

My own policy is no tipping. After all, I don't tip my lawyer or accountant, so if I'm paying an SP a similar hourly rate, why should I tip her? SP's should set their rates where they think they should be and let the market decide from there.

Tips are for service employees making low wages, e.g. food servers, taxi drivers, etc.

Totally agree, I have never tipped an SP. At $$ per hour I think it's more than enough.

some girls will try and take advantage and say " oh for $ 150 all you get is a nude blow job etc "

I agree that $150 or $175 for an hour is enough in this marketplace

While I agree in general tipping will simply drive up the asking $, there has been the odd occassion where I tipped for outstanding performance!

I would think if I was a guy I would tip when....

It was a one - off encounter. Your not planning to be back to that town, or it was just a quick fix AND she was a very good provider.

I would NOT give a tip if I was a guy when....

I planned on seeing her again on supsequent trips to her city or believe myself interested in seeing her regularily, despite the exceptional service. The exceptional service is what draws you back anyways, and tips get tricky.

Do it once and then you wonder if you have to every time after that, so then did you raise the rate yourself? Or that quandry don't go out of your way to buy that special gift cause next year, you have to top that one, so you might be perplexed to top your last 'tip'.

Elaine has a very good point. I do not think that we should have to tip extra for "exceptional" service.The sp set her rates according to her performance she is giving. From there on out it's our call on to re visit her.
If we did tip extra every time it would almost seem like having a girlfriend and giving her more money or a gift would be a way to satisfy her.
We go to see these women for a hour or two away from our every day lives. No worries,no games!So, IMO, base rate is rate paid.
