that seems to be one of the great mysteries of life. why, oh why, is the clock on PERB always fucked up? maybe we can get the mythbusters to investigate this. perhaps they would assign Kari Byron to look into it????

In "Edit Options", set it to Atlantic Time Zone. Don't ask me why, but it works, except it'll now be 20 minutes fast. Again, don't ask me why. I have no $@#^%&* idea!!
