That story gave me the chills...my hair is standing on end right now
In the War, I looked into the eyes of many men who had hacked people to death.....I've even shot a few of them.
I went over there with the naive notion I wanted to stop the death of innocent civilians.....and found there were many different targets to neutralize.
There were some who had turned into little monsters, and some who had turned into absolute pure evil, void of all humanity.....but all wanted to take away control of another's destiny of life.....They all wanted absolute control and power, which gave them a brief taste of who they had become....even if it was just for a moment.
When you took that control away from them, in one way or another, they became very weak individuals because you took everything they had become away from them, without that threat of control, they were nothing.
Others,...would look you in the eye with pure hatred, and evil.........no fear, no compassion, no feelings, and no human soul.
It is those individuals, both dead and alive ....that haunt me to this very day.

Nobody seems to take into that there are people that want to disappear. For myself, if I choose to go off the grid there would be dormant bank accounts, unused credit cards...the whole bit...my vehicles would be setting and in theory somebody would wonder where I went. Doesn't mean I became a victim.

As of june 9 ,there were 25 known homicides. At least 11 were east indians . So using your logic we must assume there is also a serial killer targeting indian men!. I came up with the scam scenario to demonstrate how easy it is to find "facts" to back up many theories. And he didn't just leave his car,it was pulled out of the river a mere 15 mins after he left home. I have gay friends and I have friends whose children are gay. I don't want them being too afraid to live their lives thinking there's someone out there waiting to kill them.

Yes,I do think somebody's targeting east Indian men ...gangs! And innocent pedestrians caught in the crossfire. but I think this is just common knowledge I'm not sure as I don't watch much TV.

Thanks. You knew what groups I was referring to. But for clarity to be fair:

Native American, American Indian, ALASKAN Native, Inuit, Metis, First Nations, Indigenous People.

Respectfully,
Tim Mcagee.

Im Irish-American, and many aboriginal women intermarry with Irish-American men in Canada, especially in Alberta.
It seems we have become in different to other human beings..." so very sad.

I know that AMERICAN Indians often wind up in unfortunate situations.

I did not realize however, that EAST Indians were also susceptible.
I think what poonboi meant was The murder stats in Vancouver for last year east Indian men were highest percent of murder victims in Vancouver last year. But that's because of gang violence

Oddly enough a East Indian gas station owner further north vanished a few years ago......RCMP Guesstimate around Lytton.
I have actually spoke with his wife on numerous occasions, and last I heard-remember, there was no trace of his vehicle, or credit cards being used.
He was seen in Chilliwack then possibly in Boston Bar.....then gone forever.
I remember him, and he was a very good guy.

I DO have my fear of Chilliwack. I thought Boston Bar was just some quiet middle of nowhere. Thank Heaven I didn't get out of the car on that drive through Boston, Lytton and L'illoet. They sound like smaller Prince Georges. After reading this thread, I wouldn't even stop at HOPE for gas.
So I take it Spuzzum is out of the question for you as well..? Been through or lived in each of the places mentioned...never had a problem. Only problem I had was when the Mounties took after me coming through Boston Bar....took over from where the Spences Bridge bunch gave it up.

Shit.....those RCMP are outta Ashcroft.....there's only 4 members and they can hardly string a full sentence together ,never mind communicate with each other over a radio.
If you've lived in some of those towns you know that some of them can hardly write out a proper ticket, but they sure can throw a cowboy not making any sense out of a Bar in a hurry.

Wow, must suck living in fear like that. Those places are hardly scary enough to worry about getting gas at.
