Yeah and sometimes the clocks are super slow.... like when the client over stays 20 to 30 minutes because they are holding back on their orgasm and some SP's don't want to see their client leave without doing their very best to give them that final pleasure.... some guys intentionally do this while others may just naturally have more difficulty achieving orgasm.... It's the one's who take advantage that are my pet peeve.

And how exactly are you able to differentiate between the two?

I've BB'd myself a few times and would have paid the extra to get there.

Unfortunately it was time to leave . . .

It's not an exact science.

I join the others in this thread who hope that Ms Erica decides to re-join the PERB fray before too long. She is one of the most forthright and interesting posters here.

Oh, and thanks, Ms E, for bringing the Viking exhibition at the museum in Victoria to our attention, way back in April or whenever it was you mentioned it. I'd most likely never have known about it if you hadn't mentioned it. I went last week, with two of the women in my life.
Oh I am glad to hear it was good! I haven't made it there yet!!

I announced my departure four months ago. No one noticed and no one cared. So I have come back to spite you all. WB Ms. Erica. I missed you. :)

It is good, but on the day we went it was very busy and crowded. To see any exhibit, we had to shoulder our way through the people clustered in front of it. One couldn't really stand and contemplate things.

I imagine that a better time to see it would be after the kids go back to school. If there is to be a school term, that is.

Three letters come to mind; HPD.
I admit, I had to consult Urban Dictionary myself on this one.
http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/histrionic-personality-disorder

Huh....you'd think I would remember a client whose idea of a good time was administering a Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory...there's over 400 questions in the thing! Right axis, right cluster, wrong disorder. Complicated and complex diagnosis, I realise, Doctor, and pyschology is more an art than a science, wouldn't you say? One also has to factor in any concommitant diagnoses, though, if one is to speculate on another's mental health. Particularly if that one
-has never met the individual in question face to face; and
-has no valid credentials or experience to base one's opinion upon.
Of course, what mental health professionals love about personality disorder diagnoses is that there really is no cure or treatment; it's intractable. Rapid Cycling Bipolar type II with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Borderline personality; now that can be a challenge at times, definitely. Particularly when under emotional or physical stress. That's where a good medication regime, mindful living, healthy eating and good sleep patterns come in. Fresh air, exercise and 40 mg of an SSRI that works EXTREMELY well for me is how I start every day; right after a 20 ounce mug of coffee and the news!

If, on the other hand, you have no credentials and you're just throwing pop psychology terms around, well...that's unfortunate. I have never felt that a mental health condition was a moral failing, weakness of character, or a lifestyle choice, because I've lived it. Once again, beginner, you have an excellent day!

So sorry to hear that~ For planning in future, you might check with the FOH staff at the Museum and find out when their quietest days are, and plan your trip for then! I hope to be back on the Island in less than a month; a trip to Butchart, the RBCM, and maybe finally go whale watching before heading up to Parksville, and perhaps on to Port Alberni from there...Over the Hump!!!

Wow, the rollercoaster ride of this thread absolutely astonishes me.

It starts with an individual seeking some attention and sympathy by declaring that she is "voluntarily removing herself" from Perb, (which lasted all of 20hrs. and 19min.) to a lengthy post about HPD - Histrionic Personality Disorder - talking about Rapid Cycling Bipolar, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Borderline personality, emotional and physical stress, etc, etc.------------------Gee, what an education in psychology --------- and this on a board where clients and providers hope to engage in some sexual activities that bring some financial rewards to the SPs and some sexual satisfaction to the clients.

But what 'de hell do I know. --- I thought HPD stood for Honda Performance Development, ---which specializes in engine design and production of racing parts, --- something I can relate to.-------(Anything with Performance Development always gets my attention)

Yes, I'm expecting a bunch of flak, but I "calls 'em as I sees 'em".

I tell it as I see it too. All human beings with personalities have the potential for personality disorders in times of physical illness and emotional stress. I got labeled (WHICH I LOATHE) in a single sentence post as having HPD. I thought people should know what that meant. I didn't recognize that acronym, so I Googled it. I shared more of my truth: I don't throw around DSMV diagnoses lightly. I spent a LONG TIME getting to the point in my life where I can talk honestly about some of the struggles I've gone through to try and demonstrate that, OH, I don't know....I'm an empathetic human being who understands what many of my clients are seeking from me goes far beyond an interchangeable hole. Sometimes they want to talk to someone who will just listen. You can now commence ascribing motives and subtext if you like.

Once again, one and all, make today an excellent day!

Hahahaha........ What a great way to start my day..... I had some really good chuckles catching up to this thread this morning...... lol...... oh, and I think Ms. Erica made such a quick return because she had a lot of support in public and in PM's imploring her to come back... and there is nothing wrong with anyone feeling the moment and reacting at the moment that she decided to time out and then cooling off and coming back.
Nope just an attention seeking whore who can't stand not to see my own thoughts in print for the edification of the masses!

Apparently, my participation here is causing problems for other people, and that has NEVER EVER been my intention. I'm out, because I apparently have badly misread how my words were being received and perceived. I don't intend to cause internet drama, I am not a 12 year old girl; I'm a 40 plus university educated former elementary school teacher. I love what I do, I love doing it; I'm reveling in the freedom I've gotten from being able to tell my beloved 74 year old mom that I am an escort who is well regarded by many of her peers and delightful clientele. She helped me go shopping for dresses to wear when I am 'entertaining'.

Find me on ERSList, find me on the blog, but you're not going to find me here for a while, except in the ad section, because it's paid for. I am voluntarily removing myself...I don't like the person I am perceived as. I stand up to bullies, and usually, I tell them with a smile on my face "have an excellent day" while thinking "go F*** yourself up the ***** with a ground glass dildo!

Blessings all...and to the haters; Have a really excellent day!

Erica
When exactly does this time out start or did I blink and miss it? :p
