I think it has to do with a combo of better options out there, talent isnt what it used to be there, the manager lady, the "occasional double bookings" and from reading some comments people seem to be over the place. Selina seems to be the only lady that has consistently been the over the past 3 to 4 years. I sometimes check their ad to see if there is someone new or old that I may know who I'll stop in for. Atlantis was once pretty busy as well but that's also gone downhill. Seems like most people talk about Lily's, Swan and Four Seasons now a days.
I know what happened, I've seen it develop. Someone comes and asks for Amber for example. And mamasan asumes is the booking and asks "you booked?"
The dude says yes even if they were not the ones booking. Happens in many spas. They never take the name for the booking. What I see them doing lately is that they call you 5 min before the booking starts to confirm.

For me Ivy, Savanna, Lily and Niki are great.
Ivy is regular service no kissing, but in the morning she likes it a bit rough and I love that about her. Plus she is a spinner blonde that you can't miss.
