Got ghosted after trying to make an appointment since morning. Communication was fine up till I asked to confirm, than radio silence.

Regarding follow up communication, will say, I appreciate in that the agency operates with high volume messaging and a moving scheduling system, their bluntness in asserting that I was not a priority is noted. Did not appreciate some of the deflection that came in the messaging that came from their pressure and issues.


At the other pooners here, is there a SOP or something new that I am missing here that needed to be done in the last couple months? It feels like the standard

"Hi I want to book at X, can we confirm?" seems to be a huge fail here for me, even if I follow up?

Will perhaps try again in the future with Coco Collective, but I guess prioritization will be an issue perhaps.

I've booked with Coco 4 times. The first 3 times, communication with the handler was great. The most recent one... not so much.

Hi. Like we discussed on text message if you’d like me to reiterate this to you again after multiple messages multiple times. She did not confirm her shift this morning for new girls… I do not feel comfortable booking clients unless the girl shows up for new ladies that start I ask them to arrive two hours early so we can go through everything update photos. I can make sure that they understand how to present themselves while working, etc. Makeup, etc. lingerie etc. hair etc. the communication you asked me if she was available I did not confirm anything because I had not heard from her. She slept in and unfortunately did not show up after a few hours. I waited there for multiple hours to give the benefit of the doubt, and in fact she did show up as she had not set a proper alarm. Things happen. You didn’t give me any of your information and there was no set time of booking. I told u earlier in the morning she would be available around 1230 before I had heard from her and you asked what the general location of the area was. After that, there was no further communication as I had not heard from her and as somebody who is brand new to the industry, you never know if the girl is going to show up or not Hence why I asked the girls to show up two hours early. Tiffany been absolutely lovely after she showed up and I feel like this is a bit unfair. There was actual no location given there was no confirmation of address. There was no confirmation of any type of booking.

Our conversation, was our conversation, my experience is as noted here and you are free to feel it's unfair, just like I may feel irked at setting a time, being told a general location is minutes away from another as a response. Keep in mind, as I pointed out, you had every opportunity to tell me, that it was cancelled, delayed, or not happening, but instead even in this response you are noting that it's my error and my fault and I didn't offer up information despite one of my messages being asking if you wanted anything from me, or details.

Going to also ask you think of it from the other side, if it was a booked appointment and I blew it off, would I be noted as no show and wasting your time? As lets be honest, I've been to other agencies and appointments with similar or less communications, and those have gone through without the hiccups noted here. There are lessons for both you and myself in this I think.

Finally, going to end this off with the same message as our prior conversation, could you just de-escalate, the event's happened, obvious literally nothing happened, effort and time where wasted, and that is not going to change, take it as a lesson learned all around (hence my ask, did I miss a detail or process I need to do to make things work, or am I just doing things wrong) and go out and call it a weekend.

You NEVER had an appointment booked. And as per my messages to you I apologized that you took the liberty to come downtown without an appointment booked. Perhaps a walk in based place is more your speed since your reviewing a place you’ve never been since you never had an appointment 🥲. To quote my message I said “I am sorry you decided to take the liberty to come downtown” and have told you that I hope you have a great rest of your day and that was that. You even replied that you’ll perhaps try again and for me to enjoy my weekend then take to the review board. Sorry but if I messaged a hair stylist or a nail
Tech and asked where their general location was, there’s no way I would just show up
To the area and expect I had an appointment……..

I actually appreciate this take as a client. I hope you continue to do this. You don't have to change because one customer got his panties in a bunch over it.

Early in this hobby of mine, I made the same mistake myself with both with an agency and an independent sp. I thought I had a booking, made the journey, and was then disappointed when I got to my destination. I have learned that it is very simple, until I get a reply back which states confirmed or you are booked in, you do not have an appointment, wait until you get that acknowledgement.

I can't begin to fathom the sheer volume of text's phone handlers receive and all the crazy shit they have to wade through to get legit bookings. I am certainly not going to gaslight the phone handler because they have an insane job, that will only get me blocked and I'll deprive myself of a possible great encounter with an SP.

Nastassia at Coco is absolutely top notch. A simple search of her name on Perb will show you that I am not in the minority.

I have been a regular at cocos and Nastassia does an amazing job with her responses and scheduling. I’m very OCD with my time, as I have a very busy schedule, but she has been very clear with the bookings on my experience. Can’t really judge based in the info given because the rest of us don’t know what messages were sent, but take a deep breath and try booking again. Just make sure to get a booking confirmation and confirm before 9am on the day, and wait for her response before you make you’re way there!
