Ticketmaster DICKS!

I bought tickets for the Heart concert on March 9 and they admitted to sending them to the wrong address and refused my request for a refund over 24 hrs before the event. Its a long story but I am pissed really pissed, so I am considering small claims court action just beacuse of the principal, Its not the money, its the way I was blown off by "Customer service" I've got the time so...
I've been searching the web they are actually Live Nations Entertainment in Vancouver I believe, so do you name Live nations?
Does anyone know who the manager is there and how they are structured?
Ticketmaster appears to be a virtual store with no main office in Van any information or ideas are appreciated.

They are the biggest joke. Will sell you anything, but good luck trying to get any support.

The so called 'Customer Reps' are clueless and useless. No offence to the reps themselves, it's the Company itself.

Since you are dealing with a company, you will need to do a company search and verify the companies incorporation. You may want to do both companies, Ticketmaster and Live Nation. If you bought through Ticketmaster, but were sent the tickets through Live Nation then go after both, naming Live Nation as agent for Ticketmaster. They will have to have a registered office and you can serve them by registered mail no matter where that office is. Then take it from there. Good Luck.

To complicate matters, Live Nation and Ticketmaster announced a merger a while ago.

SO my question to you is this: who got your tickets? I would just call my credit card company and deal with it that way. asking for a refund since the service was not delivered. There has to be an office somewhere in Vancouver, same as in edmonton and every city in canada. Maybe try the ticket stands where the event was held. If you go there without an attitude, you can find out a lot in a casual way. When talking on the phone, always ask for a supervisor, get names in full. and if they wont help you ask for a higher up or a number to talk to someone who can actually make a decision.

I complained to Visa they are "investigating" (6 weeks) I thought they would cover that we will see...
Talked to "Supervisors" etc. all full off bullshit. Sooo they will get served via live nation in Vancouvers office.

If anyone know anything about Ticketmasters corporate office in Van Please let me know Thanks

tried looking online to help you but couldnt find anything guess they are hidden for a reason. just really stupid. good thing i dont go to concerts anymore and any sporting events i just go and get what is being offered last minute. best way to get a deal.. lol
