Could be suspect. Why is the 431 number a red flag - isn't that the next assigned area code for MB (ie. if a 204 number is not available - 431 is assigned)?

431 is the new Manitoba area code. Very few 204's available, only the ones that get recycled now. I was looking at getting a new number and all that was available were 431's.
