Speaking as someone who has pulled off this type of caper, you are basically trying to find a unicorn in terms of a non-SP female third. Interestingly, I have been able to do one MFF threesome with a girl from seeking who wanted to bring her friend for first intimate date as she was anxious. That would have been my only personal experience of non-SP duo as both of them never worked as SPs but not sure if you consider sugar babies in the same category. Outside of having openminded female friends in your circle already your best bet for what you want is close to what wpgboy2015 said. Find a SB or some type of p4p girl who isn't an hourly SP, and after seeing her a few times give her an incentive to bring a willing friend of hers to join the fun.
