Thoughts on Airbnb?

Wondering what the community think of air b&b.

Three questions:
1. General experiences? Good / Bad / Indifferent?
2. Popup bordello in light of c36?
3. Would any sp ever entertain seeing a client at an air bnb location?.... Gotta be easier than dealing with the snobby staff at the fairmont pacific rim, but safety concerns surely remain.

Whatever rules set up by the host,to entertain,invite,etc other people beside the renter is allowed.Otherwise,the renter will get disgrace and get the boots off the site and pay for any damages that might occur.It's best to see the SP at her incall,less hassle.
