Definitely an important factor in the decision making process.
But if not comfortable showing their face, then why not in the pics cut off say the top half of their head for the shots used, or wear a butterfly mask, but fake pictures should never be used.
Those are not fair to the person who had their photos stolen, or to the customer.
Ps. I have crossed the border 4 times each way in the last 2 months, seems easier than it was pre-covid, very relaxed every time.

For me personally I prefer ads with face pictures but I completely understand girls not wanting to post them especially if this isn't a full time job for them. I have found a softly blurred picture works quite well enough or a half face picture to give me enough information to decide. It's not so much about their looks but more to avoid someone I may either know or not want to see again.

Hmmm posting rates, positive reviews, reputation (not a scammer) is more important then face but blurring the face due to privacy I can understand.

Lightly blurred face, good resolution of the overall look sure gets it for me.
One thing is sure, those stupid filters so many use on the dating sites to make themselves have cat ears and noses, W T Flying F is that anyway?

Okay so I would love to know the real thoughts on face pics or not! I feel like ive gotten different answers from different people but I would love to know what you all think!
So please share…
do you think its more beneficial/appealing when a SP shows their face in photos vs not.

Of course it is always nice to know what a woman looks like. (Asking "is she pretty?" on PERB is only gonna give subjective answers. I know what I consider pretty, and though I think I have pretty good taste, I know it's not universal.) I do my best with the face-obscured ads to imagine how they probably look. Some techniques to disguise the face without losing one's appeal are better than others.

Yet I get it that some ladies do not want their face shown and therefore known as SW's. Can be life ruining of the wrong people find out. It is up to her - as much a personal decision as a business one.
I do not take it personally, if they don't show their face. (If it was me, I wouldn't ever take such a risk. So guys: if the SW does not show her face, do not ask her for pics !)

We adapt as best we can - and TBH, sometimes when a face is shown in an ad (a certain way?), it actually makes it seem more scammy, not less.

I love seeing faces but yeah it seems like it makes sense as to why not many do.

Face pics are good to give an idea of what the person one is booking with looks like as facial features are important to how attractive one might find the person to be. Having said that, I totally understand why most will hide their face in their ads. Also, I do remember booking with a lady once because she had such a charming smile in her photos but when I met her, she didn't smile once.
