Juneja convicted on seven charges
An Edmonton driving instructor accused of recruiting female students to work in one of his two downtown massage parlors has been convicted of seven charges.
63-year-old Vishva Juneja was charged last June after allegedly asking women he was teaching if they'd be willing to work in his parlors.
Juneja is on trial for two counts of keeping a common bawdy house, three counts of procuring and three counts of living off the avails of prostitution.
He was convicted on all counts, except one for procuring charge that was dropped.
The defence is applying for a stay on another oprocuring charge involving an undercover EPS officer arguing entrapment. That hearing is scheduled for May 28th.
