This is what it sounds like when the skunks cry

OMG has anyone ever heard the sound of skunks freaking on each other. Just moments ago, i heard one of the most horrific sounds ever. Went out on my patio to figure out what on earth the sound was. As I see a skunk scurrying off and only moments later seeing another skunk scurry another direction. Luckily neither one sprayed the other. Just the horrific sound. Didn't know skunks even made noises. The noise was so awful. The only way I could possibly describe it is as a cross between a distressed bird and nails running down a chalk board.

Aw that's the sound the male makes when he is told that she is out of condom's and he has to go down to the local corner store to pick some up. The other one you seen scurring off was the sp going to the powder room to get herself dolled up for him.

well, i would rather hear the skunks cry and then scurry off, then watching a raccoon climb a tree to get at some baby crows...which is what i saw one cheery morning...

I wish the raccoons did that more often around here, instead I wake up in the middle of the night to my dog going insane because the coons are fucking in my driveway!

You may have been lucky. A year ago I was listening to a radio prgram where the host asked for remedies for skunk smell. Her appartment was ground level and she interupted 2 skunks humping outside her balcony and got sprayed into her place. The smell drove her out into the hallway wearing almost nothing. I laughed like crazy and wondered how hot she looked .
