Here is an excerpt from an article on Bacterial Vaginosis; it is followed by the link to the site where you can read allll the particulars:

Let’s think about what happens when one couple, a man and a woman, begin having sexual intercourse with other partners. We’ll start the cycle with Woman #1 who has bacterial vaginosis.

Because bacterial vaginosis is transmitted via the vaginal fluids, Man #1 who has oral sex with her vagina starts the cycle of bacterial vaginosis transmission from female to male. After oral sex, the man’s saliva now has a higher number of anaerobic bacteria in it, especially the ones that cause BV. To transfer an infection of any type, you need more pathogenic bacteria than normal bacteria or normal flora, or a large enough dose of a pathogenic bacteria.

By French kissing Woman #2, Man #1 now sends the infectious organisms along to Woman #2’s mouth. By having oral sex with Woman #2’s vagina, he transfers the infectious organisms to her vagina.

If Woman #2 now has sex with another man (Man #2), his penis can pick up the anaerobic organisms and transfer them to others if he picks up enough anaerobic organisms. During oral sex of Man #2 with the mouth of Woman #3 on his penis, Woman #3 now picks up the anaerobic organisms. When he kisses her deeply on the mouth and then has oral sex on her vagina, she becomes infected.

The cycle continues; the disease spreads.

Not a credible link. They are peddling a cure by spreading fear. The "article" is contradictory. First it says a normal vagina has a balance that thwarts the growth of anaerobic bacteria but then it implies that BV will be spread in a highly contagious manner. It also says BV is NOT considered a sexually transmitted disease.

Yes there are risks associated with oral sex, there is a risk to everything but BV is not widely spread by oral sex and you should seek proper clinical information if you are worried about it - not sidebar hypothetical scenarios on commercial sites pushing a "cure".

Or you could just enjoy life and accept that something is gonna get each and every one of us. There is huge space junk orbiting around in the atmosphere, we eat genetically altered food, we are running out of natural resources, the world is grossly overpopulated, the very air that we breathe is full of God knows what, our cell phones are giving us brain cancer ... people have been doing what we SP/clients are doing since the begining of mankind and so far it's worked out ok, yes there is some 'risk' involved even with condoms, dental dams, latex gloves etc. etc. We all know we are taking some chances here but let us enjoy it without disecting every angle of it. We can put the news on for the doom and gloom.

Sounds like Man#1 really needs some pointers on oral health. Either that or Man#1, Woman#1, Woman#2 and Woman#3 are engaged in a MFFF session and nobody has time to wash or brush their teeth.

...there are scores of scholarly articles on BV, which is fast gaining attention, but, they use very, very big words. This article, though capitalist in nature, explains the subject in layman's terms...easy, peasy.

Say, do fellows brush their teeth immediately after licking pussy? I can't say I ever saw it; and the nature of pathogens is that they can permeate tissue rapidly, so the drive home is long enough for a nice entrenchment of the critters.

By all means, keep licking; it all gets sorted out in the end, eh?

I love this site; it reflects the spirit of democracy; folks can chat about issues, reflect on what they read, and learn about different subjects without any pressure to conform to one standard ideology: awesome!
