1st of all : This board has become so lame since they've changed the looks of it.

3rd of all : I was looking for reviews about the new agency "charlie's Angels" which I could have sworn that I had seen a review or two about Charlie's angels not so long ago and remembering someone talking about "Marcelle" who had a shaved eyebrow & apparently is now @ IB under "Lisa Marie" & as I remember vividly that review wasn't much in favour of CA's service & what do I find....That freaking thread is apparently has been pulled!!!! in kahouts much with the agencies or what????

from my understanding the rule is this: if you review an sp and she informs perb she does not want reviews, then all her reviews, good and bad, are deleted and continue to be deleted.

Not that it matters one way or another to me, but I thought it was a review board..... REVIEW... good or bad..... especially bad were important, as it could save lots of $$$$ some poor fellas. it used to be, that only in the case of shills, or untrue reviews, such a review would be removed.
But .... not my board... not my rules .... definatelly, nothing that has ANY importance for me ... just my 2cents

I don't know what will happen if I wade in on this, but a while back I too became frustrated with posting and having info deleted by the Mod's. We may have had some heated exchanges but we kept it in private.

I found that after it all they were trying to be fair (I don't think I would like their job) The sugestion that I take it up with Fred was often thrown out!

So I put my money where my mouth was and became a paid advertiser. I do not believe that this gives me any special treatment on the board (and so it should not) Other than I slip in the occasional web address or e-mail address!

I guess what I am saying is that, It cost's money for Fred to run the board,and the mod's ( I believe do not get paid) If we want the board to function the way we want we must do more than complain!!!

PIPED is an extremely powerful law that is still not fully understood in its scope or interpretation, and will be debated in the Courts for years to come. Your handle here is a form of ID, your opinion and your evaluations are all private and unique to you. But if you are publishing opinions about others, they also have the right to exert their influence over them. If you wish to publish these here, you have the right. If you wish to have them removed, it is also your right, and that of others.

I'm not here to debate the Act; lawmakers do that. You have to read the Act itself at the Industry Canada website; but you'll have to do your own research as it is quite large.

Libraries in San Luis Obispo County have had their own rules banning offensive body odor since 1994, but the policy became law after the Board of Supervisors last month adopted an ordinance that lets authorities kick out malodorous guests.

Visitors to 14 libraries and a bookmobile also could be asked to leave for fighting, eating, drinking, sleeping, playing games, and printing or viewing illegal materials on library computers.

"The point is to make the library a comfortable, safe place for everyone to use," said Moe McGee, assistant director of the San Luis Obispo City-County Library.

A strict code of conduct, officials argue, is needed to ensure one patron's right to use a public library doesn't infringe on the rights of another.

Yet the law can raise tough questions for librarians, said Irene Macias, Santa Barbara's library services manager.

"What is bad odor?" Macias asked. "A woman who wears a strong perfume? A person who had a garlicky meal?"
