Apparently the "DONT TOUCH HER" guy is a literal CCP spy. His name is Newton Leng and he runs a for-profit college in the UK called 'IOE: Confucius School'. Which like many other for-profit colleges are venues to side-step immigration laws. In fact, a year before this incident took place the UK government wound up shutting down a hundred of these schools because of what they were doing. Leng operates the last few remaining. Apparently his 'mission' is to pull off stunts like this, to subvert public freedoms by applying their own Communist beliefs to Democratic countries. Which is why there was this blow out, because Leng believed the Piano player should have to conform to his beliefs, despite the Piano player's rights in his own country.

One shouldn't be too surprised how bad such subversion is in Canada either. Look at the uproar with the Liberal Government putting a 2 year cap on "International Student" admissions. Most similar for-profit colleges that bank on International Students will close soon now. ... but that still doesn't undo the damage already done; like with Secret CCP Police Stations.

One day I was in Vancouver airport, and taking some pictures.

While some countries have specific laws for photographing others without consent, this is far from universal and very few countries have gone this far.

The cap was exactly for what you describe. There are a couple of “cultural” schools in Winnipeg that bring in fake students who cannot immigrate legitimately. There are trade schools producing fake truck drivers and building trades. I have seen both at work. Guys with big rig licenses who can barely drive, and fake carpenters building garbage houses.
Once here they get student work permits and are trained in beating the immigration system.
Nobody dares to speak openly because of political correctness, but it is very real. Backdoor immigration.
