The fact that Mixinvixen has seen this client numerous times in the past, all without incident, suggests that he is, for the most part, a good client. He did not threaten nor cause harm to her. At worst, this was mischief or the manifestation of a relatively harmless fetish. I highly doubt it is the first step down a slippery slope of increasingly dangerous behaviour towards SPs.
But we don't know.
His action was completely unpredictable and indicates potential for instability. It has to be watched, and in order to be watched, any SP that deals with him should be aware of the incident. Otherwise, there is no way of knowing whether it was indeed an occasional incident or a pattern, and he simply knows well how to hide his tracks. I may be wrong, but don't many stalkers start out as wonderful regular clients?
Besides, to me no fetish that is imposed on another without consent is harmless. Neither is trying to make other people swallow your urine without asking for consent first. This is not mischief that a grown person capable of understanding and caring about consequences of his actions would do.
I am not in Vancouver so my risk of running into him is miniscule, but I do believe information like this should be discreetly shared between ladies for their safety.

Besides, if
mixinvixen did not discover it immediately, she'd have little way of knowing who did it. Then how do you continue seeing clients when one of them is capable of doing something like that and you don't know who? How do you investigate who did it? Is that not harm in itself?
That's speaking of consequences of actions.
Don't leave anything around that you'd want strangers touching or messing with.
