My $0.02
If you want to go hard and make the maximum amount of money in the shortest time, I suggest heading up to Fort McMurray. Lots of rig pigs working there with lots of money but not a lot of girls there. Unfortunately, also not a lot to do in the city during your downtime. For more of an overall holiday/business trip, I agree that splitting your time between Edmonton and Calgary would be a good idea.

The best person to talk about where a SP should visit in Alberta would be trawler. Try sending him a PM and ask for his advice.
I'd also suggest talking to some of the ladies who tour like Julia or Ingrid for advice. Be careful and prepared for cancellations.

The cancellations were occurring a lot in Calgary for whatever reason. Which is odd because the SP scene is kinda lacking there except for the visiting indys. I think people have smartened up since then.
Edmonton has lots of MPs, but the visiting indy SPs seem to do well if they have favorable reviews.
Going up to Fort Mac is a good suggestion, but there doesn't seem to be that many PERBerts who are from there.
