I remember seeing a thread on this subject before but I can`t seem to find it nor remember who started it. So, I`m posting my own; I was inspired by V-man`s Alizee video (she`s hot).

I find it an incredible turn on when I see a girl move her hips in a particular way while dancing. It`s when they do that thing where they’re mainly just moving their hips, rhythmically swaying them from one side to the other as they sashay to the music, lightly bouncing a couple times on one side, then the other, then back, their shoulders and chest twisting in a gentle arch. That drives me nuts; if they’re wearing a midriff at the same time then it’s lights out for me. They don’t even need to be really dancing, you see them subtly doing it while just standing and listening to the music.

Just my two cents.

There's a scene in the move, The Wedding Singer, that just drives me crazy. Its early in the film. Its Adam Sandler's wedding and Drew Berrymore is one of the waitresses. She is standing in the back, behind the guests. It becomes apparent in the scene that Sandler's fiancee did not show up for the wedding, but the guests and Berrymore don't know this yet. She is looking to the front, then throws her weight to one hip and slightly twists at the same time. Doing that and being in a waitresses uniform at the same time was just such an amazing picture of seductive innocence. Drew is such a hottie.

I agree, aznboi9, I love the way that women can move their hips at times when dancing. Sooooo beautiful, these women.

there is a one good belly dancing school in Vancouver, and it is run by Venus. Seen them number of times. I do not particularly like her dancing .... but some of her students ... OMFG

and one really should sit close to the stage to be able to imagine being somewhere in Istanbul .....

I don't really find the belly dancing all that sexy. It's too forced and jiggly; there's no flow or sensuality to it, at least in the video that you have linked.

Compared that to the Alizee video, and you have to admit that there is a big difference between the two.
