I know a lady who is thinking of moving to the GVRD to work. She figures downtown is saturated and too expensive and Surrey is a dump. Do you think she could make it in Richmond? She's white, very well endowed, very smart.
And Greedy...don't forget Greedy!:pound:

There are few indies starting to work in Richmond now.

Nice to see a few white girls in the area.

Maybe the skytrain and better access makes it more viable.

What's with the way back machine? Several threads from the "old days" are being resurrected, they have to be the results of a search, no way anybody is wading that far back? Anyway, I had a nice time with an indy in Richmond this weekend and a shitty time with one in Yaletown. It ain't the neighborhood, it's the ladies in it.
Yeah I found this revival strange, its 5 years old, and was revived not to discuss the topic.
Its to defend how nice his part of Surrey is compared to the dtes, against 2 members that havent posted in 4 and 5 years.

Yes, I would say its a bit of a wasteland, a cultural wasteland that is. Compared to areas big Asian areas on the East Coast Richmond is too sterile and clean cut.

I love Richmond. I remember it as endless pastures and dykes and trees..and cows and blueberries, and peat...

So, it has gotten pretty crowded, I agree....biggest problem seems to be that everyone and their dog is out driving and the traffic is horrible!

I keep trying to get back there and rent a nice apartment near the river....

Thinking back I remember I got hired with my first agency because I lived in Richmond and she could never get women to go out there for calls, cause the best calls are always downtown. I remember I cleaned up, the business was good!

There are more places for sale now along the water, just due to more units being built.
