Vancouver Police sex assault

A former head of the Vancouver Police Gang Squad is now up on charges of sexual assault connected to an incident that happened ten days ago. Thomas Ross Pascuzzo is out on bail on the condition he has no contact with his alleged victim. Pascuzzo was a 25 year VPD veteran and now manages the Celebrities nightclub. He retired from the force after admitting to discreditable conduct while investigating a massage parlour. He appears in court for the charge September 9th.
In doing a little research I found this link from the OPCC (the Complaint Commissioner) on the web:

It doesn't really explain in detail what they were accused of doing, but the street address of the MP is 2525 Arbutus. The OPCC has reports of public hearings on their website, including this one, but it looks like the two cops did the adminsitrative equivalent of "pleading guilty" and quit. Pascuzzo went on to manage a gay club, now he's in court again on sex assualt charges??

I might have to hit the library to figure this one out. I assume that address is very familiar to some of you guys. The address comes up as "Oriental Bodycare", is that the name the AMP users go by? Still same management?
Anyone know anything about this incident? I'm guessing that it is either a shake-down for money or sex, or both. Any ideas?
