Well, my current fave is #1 Nails in Clayton Village. It is SPOTLESSLY clean and the people that own it are lovely! If you express any interest/knowledge of Vietnamese history, language or culture they will ADORE you. They also do a great spa pedicure for $33; a polish change is $12.
